For two days in a row I have placed an $80 order via door dash for a sick family member out of state who lives in this area of California. Both times, the store confirmed the order but when the Dasher went to pick it up, they sent photos of the store being closed. I cannot get a hold of anyone at the store and I can't speak to a human via the 1-800 customer service line. Very unprofessional and frustrating

I’m not one to leave reviews, but I simply called to see if they had any arrangements available if I were to walk in - and the lady laughed and said not right now. I said great have a great day and the response was mumbled. Not sure if she’s drunk or what… never again.

If I could leave -0 stars, I would so for my aunts special birthday I ordered a bunch of things. She only got one thing and then when I called them, the girl was very rude. Whoever picked up the phone and said oh the name is not there and I said yes it is because I ordered from the store and then she goes away. Yeah I do see it and she’s like oh well we run out of that product. Somebody should’ve contacted you. I said they did not contact me and I had to pay that money I said so You guys charged me and she didn’t even get all the stuff delivered and then she was like well we’ll refund you the $36 I said can you exchange it for something else at that price? She goes no sorry we can’t and then hung up. This store is very rude and if I can get a hold of a manager, I am going to and trust me. I am not going to recommend edible arrangements anymore because of this.

Terrible customer service the girl who worked there was Extremely rude she kept cutting me off and hung up on me in the middle of me talking. I can see why the rating is so low.

horrible experience. ordered online and was not ready at time of pick up. employee stated he hadn’t even seen the order come in had to wait for them to prepare the arrangement which took way too long since employee stated he had to let the chocolate “dry” ended up asking for a refund because wait was too long and they couldn’t even provide with an adequate receipt. let’s see if i actually get this refund.

I had a very bad experience with this place. The person who was serving me first was not at home. I waited 10 minutes until he came out. I was going to order something and he told me that I had to order it online. I asked him for a favor and if he had a catalog or a book, I would He said that I had to look on the website and Elcy order it but he didn't give me any answers to the things that I wanted to order at the time I could wait for you for 20 minutes but I couldn't see the intention of wanting to do something I leave that place very frustrated and without buying anything

Would give zero stars if I could. They cancelled a Valentines Day deliver late in the day on Valentines Day and did not notify me. Terrible service.

I placed an order for my husband's birthday with specific instructions. Driver called my saying he didn't know what house to go to. Duh in on the instructions come through drive to back house. Got an email saying they are working to reschedule delivery. After that nothing. Call the store no answer twice. Left a voice mail. I even called the 877 number no answer. This place is a JOKE!!!!! It ruined my whole day and I want my money back. This was one of the first years I could afford to get him something i am so disappointed. Poor customer service. Shame shame shame on you guys will never do business here again. I am so angry

Ordered for same day delivery and even paid extra, did not deliver on the same day and not even within the next couple days. I tried calling three days later and no one answered the phone. Terrible and unresponsive customer service!
