Newer Fairfield Inn with great staff. The rooms are still showing the "newness" as are the amenities. The suite room is on the larger side with a living area that in ludes a sofa bed, two TVs, a desk space, coffee table, and the bedroom area w/ king bed and it's own TV. The two TVs was kind of excessive considering the close proximity of the sleeping area and adjacent living area. However, I appreciate the placement of the two TVs. The mattress was comfortable but the pillows are quite flat and offer little support. There was also a mini fridge, microwave, and small closet with iron+ironing board. As for the bathroom, the water pressure is excellent and one of the best I've experienced in Southern California. The one drawback is the shower stall leaking water onto the floor outside of the stall, at least in the room I was assigned to. The bathroom fan is also on a timer and shuts off fairly quickly which keeps the bathroom and entire suite quite humid.Sound insulation was great and rarely heard neighboring rooms. I was assigned to the top floor, end room though. The room does require a keycard inserted into a slot to activate the electricity in the room, a technique used in many European and Asian hotel rooms. Parking is complementary which is appreciated and rare in California; we had no problems finding a parking spot in the lot. The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and coffee shops as well. They offer complementary breakfast but I wasn't able to try it during my stay. The fitness center has treadmills, ellipticals, free weights, mats, and medicine balls. There is also a very small soaking pool in the back of the property but didn't use it so not sure if it is heated.

I wish I could give this property six stars! The hotel is filled with friendly, kind staff and they are available to help you with anything. Our room was large and comfortable and everything in the hotel (room, lobby, breakfast area, etc.) is immaculate. We used a meeting room for a family birthday party and it was fabulous. I can't say enough about the staff. Shout out to Stacey at the front desk along with Kayla and Brian and Natalie in the breakfast room. They are amazing. We will be back!

This hotel is receiving a very rare five-star review. Everything about the stay was top-notch. To start with, they offer electric vehicle parking at no additional charge. You just plug in, your car charges all night, and you get up in the morning with a full charge. I stayed for two nights and they did housekeeping. The desk clerk said it was every other night, but asked if I wanted housekeeping, and I said yes please. I want housekeeping every night. The room was modern, immaculately clean, and very comfortable. I like the decorative window shades because the light you get in the morning is tolerable and colorful.Check in was a breeze and the front desk could not have been more friendly and helpful throughout the stay. This Fairfield inn was a refreshing upgrade from my recent experience with Marriott properties. The EV charging was icing on the cake. What a fantastic service to provide customers.

The Mgr Stassy, is most unprofessional, I thought Marriott had a higher standard. None of the employees like her, and she talks rudely to customers and puts her mgr down , that she does everything...makes comments that Marriott doesn't pay her enough. All other employees are very kind....she belongs at a Motel 6, more her speed.

What a great stay!!!Stacey, Kasey, Jocelyn & all of the amazing staff at The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Anaheim / Los Alamitos were absolutely incredible! From the onset of arriving & accommodating our family's unique situation that was mishandled by phone w/ Marriott's guest services, breakfast being packaged up for us before we missed out, to the balance of the maintenance and housekeeping staff, everyone at this hotel is so gracious, welcoming and eager to serve! All of the wrongs by Marriott's "customer service" by phone were straightened out by these people for sure!!!Huge kudos to the GM as clearly this comes from the top and these people must have been hand selected to love and serve people like they did my family and all the other guests I saw them interact with!Great job @LosAlamitosFairfieldInn !!!

First off the hotel lobby when you walk in is always clean, this is my second stay in as many years. I tried to check in early as I was traveling so I didn't want to have my bags in the rental car while I was out and about. They were able to hold my bags for me at no cost, I tried to tip the young lady who helped me, but she insisted on it not being necessary. The room once I did check in was nice and clean and they had upgraded me to an executive king room from a standard king. Pillows are a bit softer than I prefer, the bed is nice and comfy. Parking is complimentary, which is always nice. The breakfast here is okay. Last year they had two waffle irons, this year they only had one working during my stay. They also had jimmy dean breakfast sandwiches too, good to take on the go

If you are traveling to this area, this is the best place to stay. Very comfortable rooms. Very nice and clean hotel housekeeping staff are so very nice and friendly. The towels are so clean. The bedsheets are very nice and clean. I love the breakfast buffet they have every morning you have so many choices to choose from whatever you want to eat, they have scrambled eggs, waffles, breads, coffee, fruit, like apple orange yogurt I love their breakfast buffet . They also have the coffee 24 hours in the cafeteria. they have a small pool. They also have a mini fridge and microwave a mini coffee machine in the room. They also have a separate washing area for the guest which also has a table chair and a TV in case you want to sit there however, I was only able to wash my clothes, but couldn’t dry because the machine stopped working. But luckily, there is a washer and dryer 3 minutes away from the hotel. I like the location because there are many restaurants close by. I have came with my family and we had a pleasant stay. The only thing I wish the staff had as a little more hospitality because none of them ever had a smile on face and not friendly.Rooms: Beautiful roomsFood & drinks: Yummy breakfast

This seems like a fairly new hotel. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The bed was comfortable, as expected at a Fairfield. The check in staff were friendly and welcoming.

Love this new Fairfield. Been a long time Marriot customer and usually stay in the Residence Inn collection. However, this location is super convenient, very clean, with fantastic friendly & helpful staff! Can't go wrong here. For a bonus, there are several very good restaurant within a block or 2 of the location. A great liquor store next door, several shops, a barbor shop & even a brewery. What else do you need! Forgot to mention that the hotel has a fitness room, pool, free breakfast, FREE parking, and firepits to enjoy. This is my new go to hotel for Orange County, CA.

A very nice place to stay. Brennan at the Front Desk checked me in and out, and he was friendly and knowledgeable. The rooms and hallways have energy saving devices, which is nice. The rooms have special cleaning protocols. My only complaint is that breakfast closed early, so make sure to get your food 30 minutes before it's supposed to close.

This is one of the nicest Fairfield Inns I've stayed in. I wish there was more to choose from at the breakfast buffet - and especially not heated croissant sandwiches in plastic wrap - but at least everything is replenished when needed. There is also a gym across the street and the exercise classes have loud music several hours of the day, which can get annoying.

Clean hotel, faulty water pressure and not to mention the stench. I stay at hotels for business monthly and this by far the worst. They kept 200 deposit for over a week and didn't get it until I had to make a fuss with Stacy wolf the manager. If there was any way possible to give a lower than a one they would definitely get one. I would not wish this hotel on my worst enemy. Seriously if this hotel got rid of there management they might have a chance.

My boyfriend and I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn & Suites in Los Alamitos. The only positive comment I can make is about the restaurant staff where we ordered take out from. Our room had a bacterial scent stemming from the patrons that stayed in the night before our arrival. Next, our water pressure and temperature was impossible to shower in after the hour drive it took to arrive at the hotel. In addition, our with-holding deposit wasn't returned until 7 days after our stay when promised it would be returned no later than 48 hours by the manager, Ms. Stacey Wolfe. We tried contacting the front desk three times to no avail regarding the bacterial scent and water issues. By that time, we ended up falling asleep. After checking out the next morning we contacted their guest services manager, Ms. Stacey Wolfe & the General Manager, Mr. Sam who both gave us the runaround without any type of compensation or apology. I'm writing this review because I don't want any of this to happened to future guests. It's cruel, unprofessional, and deceiving. We are expected to be treated hospitably, honestly, and respectfully. This establishment failed at doing this leaving a negative experience to never return again. If I can issue any type of advice, please take your business elsewhere and don't stay at this hotel. Thank you for reading. And Happy New Year.

This is a really nice hotel! Staff was friendly, lobby was nice but the room itself was also really nice. Loved the technological feature of a personal welcome on the room TV and the entire room lights up by placing your room key in the slot.My only set back from returning to this hotel is that they don’t accept pets that ARENT service pets ?
