No problem with purchasing tires. They are always very busy so be prepared to leave your car. BUT, in my many interactions with them over several years, they are very aggressive about recommending other work. Much not needed as confirmed by another trusted shop. This happened to me twice in the last 8 months. Get a second opinion before allowing them to do ANY mechanical work. This past week they recommended over $1,100.00 in repairs which was not needed as confirmed by another mechanic. They get you in for the low cost oil change, probably a loss leader, or tires, so they can upsell you on questionable mechanical repairs. Being kind on the questionable.

I came in here for an oil change and was told I need almost $4,000 worth of work on my car. I went to my old mechanic for a second opinion and was told everything I needed would come out to about $900. I wanted to give Coastline a chance but these guys aren't honest. Save your money and go somewhere else. It's hard enough out here already without auto mechanics trying to rip you off.

Took my car here mistaking this location for the one in Huntington Beach. Though I did not have an appointment, they allowed me to leave the car over the weekend for repairs. I provided them with all items that were needing fixing in store and still called to request they replace the light bulbs in the break lights that were out. I was assured and provided documentation that a 12 Point Inspection took place. However, my break light is still out and given I don't drive with people known behind me, I was not aware this was not replaced until someone was kind enough to pull up to me to notify me. Being dismissed to "reassure" me something is done and providing false documentation stating something was done when it wasn't, I won't be bringing my car back. Other services were taken care of, otherwise.

I tried to give them my business twice... I have a lug nut that was stripped which requires a wheel stud replacement. 1st time I called... the guy was like you need to have that towed here before I can even tell you how much. I told him that it's drivable and that I'll bring it by but he kept pushing for a tow so I was just like whatever I'll look elsewhere. Today I called and talked to someone else that started to help me out. They explained it could be "this much" or "this much" depending on how much labor is involved in taking off the wheel. I asked if they had time to do it today since I live around the corner I'm flexible. He said yea drop it off and I can do it by end of day. I asked too, will it speed it up if i pick up the parts from the dealership? (stud/lug nut) He was like thats fine, he'll just charge for labor. So i down the street and picked up the $5 worth of parts from and brought it there. At drop off I'm talking to the front counter guy whos asking around to figure out who had talked to me earlier. No one said they did. Takes my info anyway and starts to help me up until I said I had the parts already. "We don't install other peoples parts". I'm like...It's a $5 OE part, what else would you use? "We can't touch other peoples parts? I'm just so confused, Do you make bolts and lug nuts there? At this point, I tried. I tired to give you a couple hundred dollars to do an easy bolt swap but you didn't want my money

I needed to be at a job in a hurry, my valve stem of my front driver side tire was leaking, P 225 70 R15 on my Ford Ranger and they fixed it in 5 mins. Excellent service, professional, and fast service. Didn't even charge me. I found my new tire shop, and I will be back soon. They have my business now.

Extremely rude and unprofessional customer service. I went there to get an oil change around 4 PM and got told "not today you're not. Come back in the morning when we open." I came back when they opened and got told "can you come back at a better time? You see how busy we are." It's one thing to be busy, but it's another thing to be rude to customers for no reason whatsoever. If taking your car in the afternoon isn't a good time and taking your car in when they open isn't a good time then when is a good time? Take your business elsewhere.

Overall not the best experience. I had to have my car towed here because the plastic panel covering my front left wheel well broke off (I own a Ford) and fell on my tire popping it. They replaced the plastic panel and I was recommended 2 new front tires and an alignment for $630. I was also told that they had found some parts cracking somewhere between one if the front struts and the tire as well as a slight leak of steering fluid in my steering column boot and my oil pan totaling $800+ on top of the $630. However they said the car would be alright without replacing the cracking parts yet it would just need to be done soon. I paid the $630 for the tires and alignment and picked up my car, immediately to find it slightly drifting to the left when I completely straighten the wheel. I had to deal with this for a few days so I could work and finally was able to bring it back. Instead of saying they would fix the alignment I'm told that because I didn't replace the cracking components for $800+ that it's not possible for them to align my wheels to spec. I was in disbelief. My car had absolutely zero issues with its alignment before I brought it to them. I don't know what was done but something was not done correctly. They refunded me $99 for the alignment which is why I'm not giving one star, and because they were friendly enough guys that I know are just doing their job. However they really struggled to help me understand how they weren't able to align my wheels properly. There were no photos, no walk around with me, and really quite poor explanations of the parts and what was causing the "issues." All in all this isn't the worst place to take your vehicle but it's far from the best. Just be willing and able to pay absolute by the book full price for average work.

This place used to be my go-to shop for all my repairs. They do great work, But I will probably not return here for my auto needs. I need a shop that I can trust. I'm not too happy that they tried to up sale me on things that I personally replaced the week before saying they are worn out and need to be replaced, said I had a brake light out without actually looking to see if I really did have one out.The only one I trust there anymore is Ben. I have been a loyal long time customer. And expect the honesty and trust in return. Not service writers that I don't trust and no quality control.Services: Tyres

I went in for an oil change, alignment, tire rotation and inspection to ready my car for a road trip. They missed that a headlight was out and wiper fluid low.

Mike was great. Although we had a rough start he was able to fix all the issues my mom needed fixing. He answered all our questions and gave the information we needed to decide what to do. My parents and myself have been bringing our cars here for over 10 years.

People here are very friendly. Brett used to work here and took really good care of me. Definitely give them your automotive business, you won't regret it.
