The driver of truck #1452 has no clue how to drive safely and cuts off traffic while merging. Should not have a CDL.

One of the Drivers coming through Memphis,Tn on Getwell and Distriplex caring a load of cars failed stop completely. Did a rolling stop and as my husband pulled out to turn he kept going almost hitting us and looked the other way as if nothing happened . This driver needs more training on safety.

Office was dirty and looked unkempt and the stuff they want their drivers to go through... well I would not do it so

I work at Team Toyota of Glen Mills and I am extremely disappointed in the way one of their drivers spoke to me. I am a Valet at this location I was taking a rental to the car wash when I noticed the truck. I am one to respect all truckers because I am aware driving such big trucks with a carrier or any load is difficult. I made an assumption he was leaving because I had just come to work and didn’t know how long he was there. After realizing the gentleman was backing in to make it easier to remove the cars I immediately backed out. As soon as I did the gentleman screamed “DUMBASS!” As an employee I am aware mistakes happen and people can make bad decisions and today on May 31st I made a bad judgment call and felt it was extremely disrespectful for the driver to yell such vulgar language to a 22 year old girl who made a mistake. I want to address this and expect the driver to be spoken to.

So disturbing how their employee was screaming at my mother in the lobby of a super 8, he intertwined his self with my mother talking to the front desk and continued screaming at her, this company isn't taking the proper concern of whom they hire!

Training was awesome. Fun at the same time the trainers were educated on the subject they were teaching. Hella cool.

One of their drivers almost caused a giant accident by cutting over into another lane and not signaling until they decided they needed to get over at last minute. They just honked not caring about the other vehicle on the road. The cars the truck was moving almost looked unstable briefly. I was thankful I knew how to correct their big mistake and the other cars around did and there was no accident. After speaking with the driver, he refused to give me their name or company name. I had to take pictures of their license.and truck to even find their company Unacceptable behavior and incredibly dangerous to be cutting over in lanes and very unprofessional attitude from this man! He should not be moving such large loads if he can't signal!

I was driving eastbound on Highway 280 toward Columbus in Phenix City Alabama. A fully loaded auto transport truck from Hansen and Adkins company cut me off with less than three feet from the front of my car. As soon as he got into my lane he automatically drifted into the right lane he had just left, running a small white car onto the shoulder. He then cut off the car in front of me as well. When he merged onto Hwy 80 22 heading towards Columbus Ga he was swerving partially into the right-hand lane and then back into the left never completely entering the right hand lane.Company Name: Hansen & Adkins Auto TransportTruck Plate number: 4NA4613Trailer Number: 5726T

I don't know who this driver is in Cartersville GA. I've been driving for 15 years and have never seen a parking lot back into a parking spot that well. If I was needing a car transported they would be the first people I called. Pretty impressive.

Today, July 9th, one of your drivers was traveling in the Moscow, ID area and while stopped at an intersection he was yelling obscenities at the car next to him. Once the light turned green he sped his semi truck through the intersection, which in that particular intersection could have very easily caused a traffic accident. I understand getting upset by other drivers but rolling your window down and yelling inappropriate things out the window when there are many children around is simply uncalled for! If my name was on the side of a truck like that and my driver was acting in such an inappropriate and offensive manner, they would be out finding another job.

I’m curious to know how are you taking care of your employees that has been working through the pandemic. Your drivers are considered front liners, are they not? My husband worked the whole time while many other drivers were furloughed and collecting unemployment. He was still making less than what the furloughed employees were making. Im sure there’s more of “me’s” out there who feels the same. I’m just the outspoken one.
