“Let me begin by saying that AAA is way more knowledgeable than DMV! The Member Service Specialist who helped me was AWESOME! God bless her! I had transferred my plates from my old vehicle to my new vehicle. Why didn't DMV tell me that i was supposed to get new plate replacements for the old vehicle? Well Karen Dossman hooked me up and told me what to do!! I am staying with AAA just for DMV issues!! THANK YOU, KAREN!! Everyone at this office was very friendly and helpful!! This will be my go-to AAA office!!”
