The front desk was unprofessionally rude, but the rest of the staff made up for it. The room was clean, and my phlebotomist was cheery, reassuring, and pleasant.

2nd visit and both times tech fished for my vein with the needle in my arm. Sticky tape and gauze not the good wrap-around type of product.
