I set an appointment on line. I showed up at a 2:40 appointment for me and a 2:50 appointment for my daughter. I checked myself in and then I realized I had forgotten my bloodwork order from the doctor. Latoya was outstanding. She helped me check my daughter in for her 2:50 pm appointment while I tried to figure out what to do about my situation. She was kind, considerate and extremely helpful. I called my wife and she sent me a picture of the order I had left at home. Latoya helped me email the image to the office so I didn't have to come back a second time. I was getting frustrated and angry with myself. But, she was so calm and helpful. So, I gradually calmed down and before you knew it, it was all done. Latoya is an amazing employee. I hope Quest knows and understands this! Best experience in a blood draw ever!

The best experience! I didn't have an appointment just was walk in. It took for me only 15 minutes waiting time. The lady who made my blood work was very professional and with good bedside manners.I recommend this Quest location for everyone.

Staff is incredibly rude and disrespectful. Very disappointing. though this is close to my home, I will never visit this quest again

I usually make appointments online and they text me to check in when I arrive.I could see how this could be complicated for some who are not familiar with doing things on their phones or checking in via kiosk.I prefer the ease of doing things online.Latoya has been the phlebotomist who has helped with my 15 year old and 2 year old. She is amazing at what she does and is knowledgeable and experienced. She was able to draw blood from both with no problems and my kids felt comfortable around her.She is the reason I go back to this location.

Been getting blood drawn for 20+ years.Latoya is one of the two best phlebotomist I have ever encountered.She's the reason I give them 5 starts.This review is specifically for her, as I have had poor experiences with the others.

This is a terrible office and getting worse. I went in on a Tuesday with an appointment and was told my doctor's authorization had not been filed electronically. Wrong! I called my doc's office and they sent me visual proof the authorization had been filed. I complained to an 800 number and was told a "manager would get back to me. I decided to set up an appointment the next day at 11:10. I was there early and waited nearly an hour to get my test WITH an appointment. People came in with questions and nobody was in the front to answer them. Several "walk in patients" had waited as much as two hours for their tests. The Quest people called two or three of them after my appointment time. Really? What is the point of making an appointment? Avoid the frustration go somewhere else. These people are disorganized, not very friendly and horribly inept at keeping appointments. You have been warned.

Warning: this facility allows Covid patients to mix in with the general population as people come here to get Covid tests. If hospitals separate potential Covid patients, then Quest should show concern for public health and do the same.

Today, August 18, 2023, I was a walk-in at this Quest Lab. I give it a +. Everyone here was so nice & helpful. I needed blood work due to an upcoming surgery so I didn't have time to make an appointment. I was in & out in about 15 minutes. Latoya drew my blood & she was outstanding. I would give her 10 stars . I didn't even feel her put the needle in my arm. Thank you Quest but especially Latoya for being so wonderful with me today.

I went to the appointment at my scheduled time but no one was at the counter. After checking in I waited 20 minutes and still no one was at the front. I ended up leaving and by the time I left there were 12 appointments listed as waiting on the screen. I don't know why no one was available, but someone should have been able to come out front to inform people of a long wait time.

Terrible. No front desk to help. You sign in via a kiosk. It had my appointment time much later after I checked in. a couple elderly women came in and needed front desk help. there weren't any. a woman came in to drop off a sample, that's all she needed to do. finally a phlebotomist came through a door to call in someone and he got attacked. They claimed management is trying to "get away from front desk staffing", he also told woman with the sample to check in and WAIT. I notified my Doctor I thought it best to never reffer anyone here again. LabCorp is right across the hallway, go there. Oh another ladies appointment was off by HOURS. and when you call for assistance guess what? automated phone system

Horrible service. They need to fix their fax machine and the business cards give fake information. It has a supposed website to give feedback but it doesn’t work.

45 minutes late for my appointment and still waiting. Their consistent message that having an appt will get you seen on time is bullshit

this is the worst quest i had ever been to. i got here 20 minutes before my appointment, checked in on a ipad and let the front desk know that my dr had faxed over my information and lab reports. AFTER 30 minutes of waiting she then decides to let me know that their fax machine has been broken all morning. so me just sitting there all morning was a complete waste of time.
