They have alot of product and displays for ideas, but there is an older woman at the register with huge attitude. When you ask her anything about product she does not try to help and rolls her eyes instead of doing what she can to get the customer's ?? answered so the sale can come through. She takes no time to help with what the customer is looking for either and acts like you are bothering her when you ask her a question!!!!

Service was great all three visits. Prompt, courteous, and their estimates turned out to be right on. Even the delivery was done with experience and efficiency. Would definitely go back again.

They do not deserve even 1 star. Totally unprofessional and customer dissatisfactionary business manner!!!Sales Associate Luis Vergara first offered the more reduced price of $3.00/sf if I take all of the promotional item priced at $3.14/sf. Since it was multiple pallet load and I needed a big truck while the merchandise being held as confirmed by the Sales Associate. When I paid by credit card after I brought a truck at the second visit, another Sales Associate Hector Bahena acknowledged the reduced price offer by Luis on their system and said no more discount than the reduced price of $3.00. But I realized later the their final offer price was not applied when credit card processed. They chaged original sale price of $3.14 instead of $3.00 by mistake or intentionally.So when I went there at the third visit to pick up the balance of the merchandise in the afternoon, another Sales Associate (old lady) said they don't have any more stock and what I picked up was the last lot (That's a lie... I paid for all the quantities left at that time).So I called the store manager whose name is Alex Betancourt. Then he said they don't have any more stock and more stock can be dispatched on the next Wednesday (5 days later). But I asked him to double check and he went to the stock location with a forklift, he came back saying that he can give me all the balance.However after I received a brand new pallet load of the merchandise, I waited for almost half an hour to receice final 3 pieces to fill the order as Sales manager informed. Again I called the manager Alex and he went to the stock location again and said they have no more stock (It's anothe lie I guess), but they can give me only the smaller size (2' x2') instead of 2' x 3' as ordered and the quantity is the exact same quantity or I can come back later to get the right size. What a non sense again and again again. I just accepted the smaller size for balance 3 pieces since I couldn't trust what they were saying anymore.Moreover Sales manager said he cannot adjust the price difference since he cannot access the system with my phone number (What? Even though there's Order# and PO# on the Sales Invoice? It's another lie...) Another nonsense. He asked me to come back tomorrow morningto talk to who offered the final price of $3.00 and I came back to the store again.The first Sales Associate Luis and the another Sales Associate Hector kept making excuses: Luis said he offered the reduced price of $3.00 but it was just for that instant time but I came back 1 hour later: Hector acknowledged the final price $3.00 recorded on the system but the original price was much much more expensive... Do customers need to know the original price other than advertised price or verbal price?Is this business manner the SiteOne Landscape Supply can provide to the customers at their best? I haven't experienced this kind of salespersons with uniformed unprofessional, dishonest and rude and lacking sense of salesman ethics in my life ever.I believe the company will pay for this kind of untrustworthy business manner and dishonest salespersons in the end.

I called on Saturday morning 3/26/22 and was immediately put on hold without the chance of saying anything. I was headed nearby so I waited on hold. Got there and walked inside, still on hold. Two people at the registers, one on a computer next to them and a guy sitting at a desk that appeared to not be doing anything. Finally hung up after 23 minutes on hold and left

Man I was just looking over the reviews and see they have bad reviews on the customer service, I been coming here for a kid working as a player, I like this place and these bad reviews make me laugh cause the big problems were them, no patience and understanding people do have bad days and always in a rush to go, overall this company is good and prices are very low to others big box locations,

The owners are nice. Yes, they can get cranky but so can I ;o) This is a small family business so I would rather buy from them if I have a choice.They have good stuff, I buy a lot of rocks from a lot of places like Sepulveda and Thompson's and Resource Building Material and South Coast Supply sometimes has the best stuff for my immediate needs. It's great to have so many choices, I'm spoiled.I read another review about them being late but I've been doing landscaping for 40 years and believe me, 15 or 30 minutes late is NOTHING. Everyone is the same, anyone can be late for any reason, it's not like they dont care. Times are best estimates and everything seems to take longer on some days.Edit: They have now changed ownership and is now owned by Site One Landscape supply which use to be John Deere Landscape who bought up a LOT of businesses in California including Village Nursery and a few Irrigation Suppliers.
