“Went to Toyota for my regular service and they suggested about $1500 worth of services. I just got my oil change & tire rotation (covered by my service plan), then was referred to One Way by someone at American Tire. Inspection is $150, but they waived it for me since I got services done. It took a little while for the inspection to be completed (maybe an hr to an hr and a half), but it was so detailed. They broke everything down with pictures to help me understand their findings, and lack thereof. They showed me all the testing/inspecting they did and that more than half of the things Toyota told me I needed were not really necessary at that time. Apparently they often suggest things early just based on mileage, not really based on the actual condition of the car & its parts. Ended up spending about $300 (including 20% off one of my services for being a 1st time customer) on things that were actually necessary for my car at that time. They were also very kind and courteous, unlike the service advisor I dealt with at Toyota.”
“If you haven’t given these guys a shot, you’re missing out. I was hanging out with a few guys in the neighborhood the other day telling them about my car being in the shop and when I said where I was taking it every one of them had a story about how great these guys are. Seriously when do you hear about a shop in such a positive way? Honest guys there doing honest work at a fair price. Do yourself a favor and take your car there it’s like having a mechanic in the family. Thanks guys you saved me a bunch of dough on my expedition AND F250 this week when they BOTH took a dump on me. Arrived at 7 am… had a bolt in my tire. The bolt was removed and the tire plugged and I was back on the road again just minutes later !!!!
Super efficient and both guys there were extremely friendly !!

“I noticed the steering wheel of my Toyota Highlander would rattle as I pressed on my brake - a sign that my brake rotors may be warped. I thought of Daniels first as a trustworthy local and lower cost option than the Toyota dealership. I took it in at noon, they diagnosed it in a couple hours, and completed the brake repair by 4pm. Car now drives as smooth as can be. Greatly appreciate the prompt and reliable team at Daniels!”

They offer everything the competition does. The difference is they're honest and competent. They drove my car two or three times to try to figure out what my concern was. I left there very happy, highly recommend this establishment”
“So I went to experTech knowing that my 2007 Tahoe had some issues. After they did their inspection come to find out it was a lot worse that I thought. I ended up paying a lil over $9,000 for everything but with the warranty’s and the quality of work that they did … it was worth it. The one thing that really amazed me was how fast everything was done. I will also like to mention the quote on the price they gave me was what I ended up paying they are very professional and I appreciate them.”

“I took my F150 Lariat in. I had it towed from another mechanic shop. When I called, I talked to Edward. He didn't even ask me to come in. After a short conversation about the truck he immediately said that probably isn't the issue but let us get don't eyrs on it and get the diagnostic done and go from there. He immediately gave me a good feeling about taking my truck here. The first mechanic was unable to get my truck to start. He told me the entire electrical module on the truck needed to be rewired or replaced. Orozco's quickly diagnosed the problem and figured out the previous owners of the truck had hooked up some after market accessories and wired them incorrectly and if a certain fuse blew it also blew the main start run fuse. Instead of being dishonest and charging me thousands of dollars they fixed the wiring for me, changed the fuses and sent me home with no additional fees other than the diagnostic. Edward was fantastic to deal with. He was extremely professional and easy to communicate with. I can't praise him or the shop enough. I'm just glad that there are still honest shops out there. I would ?% recommend this place.”

There was constant communication and quick replies about when it would be ready along with other questions that came out. I got a westcott leveling kit, new tires, an alignment, and rims installed and it felt perfect out of the lot. If I have any other needs going forward I would definitely return here first.”

“I was on a road trip from Washington to LA along the coast. Unfortunately during my drive down I could tell something was wrong and my car was getting no power (despite having it checked before I left). I spoke with Jason at Glenn's and they were able to get my car in immediately when I got into town. The diagnostic was completed before the end of business that day and my car needed a new catalytic converter. I had my estimate the following morning, and my car back the day after that. I really appreciate them accommodating my time constraint as I only had 3 days before I had to start driving back to Washington. The drive back was wonderful and the car ran great!!!”
