“If you ever need a reliable, fast and, informative roadside assistance technician these are the guys. My battery fell dead randomly and I called the guys at Lacoste, I had my car up and back running within 35mins and that’s including the initial phone call. I thought I was about to have to wait for at least an hour if they even come based off my previous dealing with big companies like AAA. I did have to wait about 1 hour but it was better than other companies that were offered with a wait time of 1.5 to 2 hours . When I called dispatch to get an Eta , I got through right away and the dispatcher was kind and informative. Anthony , my tow guy , was very friendly and courteous. “Our car was stalled on a Sunday evening and the whole family was stranded for an hour waiting on a tow from our car insurance company. As we waited the sun was about to set and I was concerned with where we were, in a questionable part of South LA and our car insurance company could not guarantee an ETA. So I decided to take the chance of looking for a tow company nearby and I'm so glad to have found Munoz Towing. They were super friendly and helpful on the phone. Came exactly as they estimated their ETA. Was thoughtful enough to see if there was any quick fix before loading the car. And even waited with us for my kids and I to safely catch our Uber before heading out to the auto shop. The paperwork for our insurance was efficiently handled and it was the most stress free experience in a stressful situation. Their fee was also very reasonable. Thank you Munoz towing for your help. Cross my fingers I won't need a tow again, but I know I can trust Munoz for their reliable service.”

“They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”

“I got a flat tire on my way to work and needed a towing truck and they were send to me by someone else but they came within 15min. I met Hugo who helped me tow my car to a tire shop not only did he do that but also towed me to different tire when we found out they had moved. He also was very kind to help me push my fender out when it was pushed in by my tire and even wiped off the tire mark. Very honest man and very kind, will recommend him to all friends and family that may need a tow truck in the sure 10/10 service for sure!!”
