I ended up bringing my car here, and they were really honest and explained everything in a way I could understand. They replaced a sensor and did an oil change. When the check engine light came back on a little later, I was thinking it was going to be another huge repair bill. “They were cool and all but they can be a bit expensive. And the reason I gave them 4 stars was because they didn't do what I asked. And that was to check out my whole car and inspect it. I needed them to make sure that there wasn't anything else I needed to worry about. I know I was there solely to get my brakes fixed. But as much as they try and charge you the least they can do is to at least warn me of all fluid levels that are needed in my car. But no they didn't do that! In fact they didn't warn me about any other problems that I may have with my car. Nope they just fixed my brakes and sent me on my way. Until I find out later by someone else that I have no power steering fluid. And I have no motor oil in my car. I mean I'm a girl I don't know these things which is why whenever I take my car in for one problem I ask them if they could check all the stuff I may need more of. But they refrained from doing that! I guess nobody wants to go above and beyond anymore smh.”

“I had the best experience today with Armstrong Towing.
After stupidly driving over a large piece of metal and getting a flat tire, I contacted Tesla Roadside for help. I was placed in limbo for 50 minutes before a Tesla agent even acknowledged me. The only good thing they did was dispatch Armstrong Towing out to help. The Tesla estimate was 60 minutes. I almost cried. Fortunately, help arrived in less than 30 minutes from when the agent said he contacted the company. Malosi was professional, helpful, and efficient. My car was carefully loaded onto the bed, and we were on our way.”
