iTrain Ftness is small and never crowded, but has very knowledgeable and friendly training staff capable of helping anyone learn how to properly use any piece of equipment safely.

Excellent gym for one on one training. The trainers develop personalized programs based on your goals and abilities. Not a ‘boot camp’. The focus is more on proper form, weight, reps, etc. Enough to be challenging but not harmful or discouraging.
