First time coming to this location. Was in the area and needed to mail off my passport to be renewed as well as take care of other packages. Donovan was the team member who carried out exceptional customer service with detailed mailing options and mail times. He knew I was very new to the mailing options so efficiently took care of my concerns. Donovan was thorough, friendly, had some jokes, and process the task smoothly. There was a line but he took care of the customers with a breeze.

Everyone that works at this location is helpful and courteous. But oh my goodness they move as slow as a molasses. The line is always long and some of the clerks will engage in conversation and it just slows the line down even more. Prepare to wait a longggg time.
