“Great customer service to start off. Wheels and tires arrived fully assembled, balanced and TPMs installed along with all the lug nuts and locks. As they state on their website, you will get a call to go over any possible fitment issues. Shipping to the Midwest only took a few days. The packaging went above and beyond what I was expecting as well. I purchased a set of Giovanna Tulum 24×10 wheels and a suggested set of 275/35/75 Lexani LX Twenty tires. I think they look fantastic and super happy with my purchase.”

Asked to check out the flat and had the tires rotated, and was in and out in 30 minutes. Before leaving and I was about to pay, Tony just said I was good to go. I offered to tip but he said I was good. I was shocked by the excellent customer service. I would recommend anyone in the area to check them out!”

“Went here to rotate my tires. I never take care of my car and David pointed out he wouldn't be able to rotate my tires because how bad my front tires were. Not only did he show honesty, he did not want to put me in danger. He gave me a great deal for new tires ( a better deal than Costco!) And a mechanic who is honest, is able to give great deals, while being able to explain to me what causes damage to my car and tires, is a great mechanic indeed. Let him help you on your next needed repairs.

“Quick story: My AC on my Mazda 6 was acting up by blowing warm air when it was idling and cool when it started moving again. Took it to a highly rated Shop 1 around Fullerton, they apparently did a UV leak test and found the culprit was a leaking Evaporator Core and it was going to run $2400 to repair.
Moving forward after calling other repair shops, Raven's actually listened to my symptoms and what I wanted replaced and the guy behind the counter (Alex? Employee that was from Bellflower) immediately told me the symptoms didn't line up with a leaking Evaporator Core. Raven's did a diagnostic testing on the AC and after seeing no noticable leak found out that the secondary radiator fan was unplugged and notified me nothing needed replacing for the AC system.

“Steve, the owner of Elevance was referred to me to get my calipers painted along with other detail items for my Tesla. I purchased a Model Y LR with the Induction wheels. I looked into several shops that paint calipers and decided to go with Steve based on the referral, speaking to him on the phone and his fair pricing. He did an outstanding job as you can see with the before and after photos. Steve even put the red matching wheel cap stickers on for me at no charge. This really makes the wheels pop. What I loved about Steve is that he is humble, super nice, honest, helpful and informative. And everytime I called him, he answered his phone, unlike other shops where it goes to a VM and asks you to text them. I also had a scratch on the back of my liftgate that was over an inch that was in the clearcoat. Steve gave me a price and repaired this flawlessly. A body shop would have charged me double or triple to repair this scratch. Steve and his team are detailed, meticulous and really do take care of their customers vehicles as if they were their own. His 5 Star reviews are deservant. If you want your calipers done, PPF, Ceramic Coating, Tint or detail/body work, go see Steve. You'll be glad you did.”

“Our TPS light came on and I called to see if they were open and available to diagnose if it was a sensor issue or just a punctured tire. The women that answered reassured us we can come in and they'd help. Sure enough it was a small nail. They quickly removed the nail and patched it up. Quick and affordable service.”

Would’ve been 5 stars but they left my battery terminal completely loose…luckily they didn’t disconnect when I was in the middle of driving…got in my car about 2 hours after getting home to run an errand, and they battery wasn’t being picked up at all, which then led to me figuring out it was because both the positive and negative connectors on the battery terminal weren’t tightened at all…
Glad it wasn’t hazardous.

“Ricky and his team to the rescue! I got my oil changed and alignment done at another shop a month ago and the car was driving funny, it veered to the right all the time, car was shaky. I took that issue back to that shop and they wanted to charge me again to fix! So I came here by a referral. Got 4 new tires for my baby, Risky test drive the car after he did everything, and it was back to normal! He even taught us some valuable stuff about the tire system, showed the testing paper for us to understand. Will be back again for any tires need!”

“This place is top notch! I was looking on Marketplace for somewhere to install a leveling kit on my 2500. There was a listing from a guy Pedro who quoted the cheapest price around; not only that but he was responsive to questions and knowledgeable.
I ended up driving from South OC to get it done and they killed it. Leveling kit, 4 wheel alignment, changed out my wheels, supplied new lug nuts and installed my new shocks too. They aren’t some shady shop that only accepts cash for the quoted price either, so I was able to charge it.
I’d happily recommend these guys to anyone.”
“Came here specifically for a smog check and had a solid experience. They do smogs Monday through Saturday, and if you print the coupon from their website beforehand, it’s a great deal—I paid $50 flat for my SUV, certificate included.
The whole process was super quick; I was in and out in about 15 minutes. It looks like they are much busier with general car repairs, so the smog lane was wide open.
The technician who helped me was funny and friendly, really good vibes. I can't say the same for the guy manning the front counter, but the efficiency made up for it.
Pro tip: Bring cash or a debit card so you don't get hit with an additional credit card fee!”
