LOVE this restaurant! Ample seating with phenomenal food in a cute town. Little seating inside but there's a covered & uncovered patio outside as well. Prices of the meals (besides the pre-made sandwiches) are well priced especially for the area. The pastries are a bit expensive ($6-6.50/each) but some are well worth it. Overall, I highly recommend this place & will be bringing friends & family whenever they visit. Wouldn't order again: Reuben sandwich, chocolate-pistachio croissant, & beans on toast. I thought the reuben sandwich was a bit bland & underwhelming. The chocolate-pistachio croissant was okay but wouldn't order again for $6.50. Beans on toast is a British dish but the sausage tasted *just* like pork potsticker filling -- It just didn't make sense as a cohesive dish & I couldn't enjoy it. I would've liked it a lot more if they used a different sausage. Will order 1000 times: Cinnamon sugar morning bun, meatloaf sandwich, & egg in a hole #2. That cinnamon sugar morning bun is crack. Oh my gosh, it will live rent free in my mind for a long time & I will probably spend an ungodly amount of money on it. Highly, highly recommend. I was also a very big fan of their meatloaf sandwich (one of the best things I've ever eaten), egg in a hole #2 (though I wish there was a 2nd egg), & whatever the bread was in the egg in a hole #2 (again, one of the best things I've ever eaten & hands down the best bread I've *ever* eaten). Also good: The candied pecan morning bun, almond croissant, & regular bagel with whipped cream cheese. Can't go wrong ordering those.

Extremely rude and unprofessional staff. It’s very new to me when you purchase a loaf of bread and get already made sandwich from the fridge, you are expected to leave a tip especially for an unfriendly and unprofessional service.I asked whether there is any mayonnaise in the sandwich and her response was ‘I don’t know’.If your employees are uneducated and rude, you better let them go.You loose on your business keeping employees like that.

This Bakery used to be the old "Ghostriders Tavern". What a lovely surprise; the coffee, (cold chai latte & a mocha) and baked goods, (huge rosemary & pistachio shortbread cookie) that we had were very tasty! Further, we viewed the all their baked items, (breads, bagels, biscuits, cookies, etc.) while waiting for our coffees, and everything looked amazing! We plan to come back, and eat from their lunch menu; even the ready made sandwiches are hard to stay away from! Prosciutto & Brie, Ham & Cheese, Salami & Cheese and Veggie sandwiches on housemade baguette.

Fabulous breakfast, I had the mushroom toast. Delicious. I felt so spoiled. Got some English muffins to go, best ever. I will be back!

Love this place for brunch. Had the breakfast sandwich and a sticky bun which were both good. I do think the sticky buns are a bit dry, but it was still very tasty. All things considered together, I really like this place and will be coming back as often as I can. The food is very nice and the staff is very friendly. I'd say the only real demerit on this place is that it gets so busy that the line to order fills up most of the inside of the cafe and makes it uncomfortably crowded if you're trying to eat inside.Parking: It's easy enough to find street parking either right at the cafe, directly to its left, or across the street.

Surprisingly one of the better almond croissants I've ever had, was DELICIOUS! The ambiance was cute but we sat outside because the weather was lovely. Service was okay, they were busy so just very direct which was fine. Overall I would recommend this place for pastries and coffee, it was so great!

Overpriced and rude staff. The chocolate croissant was old (rock hard chocolate inside). Lived in Europe for 7 years, baked goods do NOT need to be this expensive. Good for wealthy people just passing through but not practical for locals.

Always great selection of yummy breads. Outside seating in good weather, indoor seating can get crowded in lousy weather. Friendly counter and server folks. Small town down home feeling inside.

It's no secret that Bob's is the go-to breakfast spot in Los Alamos. Be prepared to wait in line for around 30 minutes or place an order online to skip the line! Seating is typically plentiful on their large outdoor patio. There's also a few seats inside and an enclosed patio for those rare rainy days. I love the Baguette, Prosciutto and Egg Sandwich and get it every time. It also comes with an arugula salad that I add to the sandwich. On our most recent trip, my friend got the Egg-in-a-Jar which comes out looking so beautiful and unique. It's a purple potato puree topped with gruyere cheese, poached egg, bacon lardons, chives and crème fraiche, and served with toast. I also ordered a couple of salami and cheese sandwiches to-go which paired perfectly with our wine tasting later in the day, as well as lavender shortbread cookies since they are our favorite and pair well with wine or coffee.

My mother in law was visiting us for a few days. She really wanted to try this place but we forgot to check the dates they were closed. As she was walking to the door she realized it was closed and as she turned around she saw a very nice man and she told him they were closed and he said I know I'm Bob and they both had a chuckle. He not only was really nice and personable but he also gave her a box of pastries which were amazing. Thank you Bob. Such a great memory

Met a very sweet lady today at Bob's. Brittany took great care of my family and especially my wife. We both had the Reuben and all sorts of other treats. Thank you Bob's!
