I considered it a good hospital, but this experience with my pet made me change my mind, there is no communication, I took my pet to the emergency room and they did x-rays, a few days later I went to the emergency room again and they told me that they were going to do x-rays and they I said again, to which they said they are not in their record as others did about his head and that the ones on the chest did not look very good because it must have moved, they charge very expensive and I am still waiting for the blood result that they sent to another laboratory and My dog has already crossed the Rainbow Bridge, it makes me helpless not to be able to save her, because they gave her medication that maybe she didn't need, I will live feeling guilty.

TLDR: Very expensive, poor communication, slow turn around time. One extra star awarded because the diagnosis was correct.I brought my 3 year old cat in because she had blood in her urine. The doctor said it was likely a UTI but I should get a urine test first to be sure before giving my cat antibiotics. She said I had two options 1. collect urine at home 2. sedate my cat so the urine could be taken on site. The Dr. recommended the latter. I chose the former since It seemed way less traumatic for my cat. I collected the urine and rushed it back to the vet. I waited 2 days with no word from them. Meanwhile, my cat's urine was getting more red. I called them to see if there was any update. They implied that I should have already been administering the antibiotics to my cat. This was very annoying to hear since that was not what was communicated to me at the appointment. Luckily my kitty started to feel better after a couple days of antibiotics. I never received an update on the results of the urine test. I called 10 days after the fact and finally someone emailed me the results with zero explanation from the vet. I don't understand the results. I got the bill for the urine test and it was VERY expensive. The urine test was a complete waste of money. I don't even want to think about how expensive it would have been if I had gone with the doctor's recommendation and had my cat sedated.

We've been taking our two small dogs to Adobe for 10 years and have always had a great experience. Yesterday, our oldest walked into a rose bush and slashed her skin right under her lash line. Very scary. We were able to send in photos, and their technician was able to respond within 20 minutes with great advice.

Highly recommend. Our dog took a turn for the worse on a Saturday afternoon of a three day holiday weekend. Neither our vet nor the local at-home vet service were open. Adobe was not only open on a Sunday to help us, but the staff was so caring and sweet. They also have a dedicated room for euthanasia services, with a couch, floor cushions, and a separate exit. Our family felt very cared-for. Thank you, Adobe.

VERY Expensive! Took my dog to another vet for his regular vaccinations and chronic issues that I’ve been working on with Adobe and paid half the price for equal quality care.Their mark up on Rabies & DHPP is ridicules! What a shame.I’d been going to Adobe for 30+ years and had an unfortunate experience with a doctor so I tried another vet. I’ll never go back to Adobe.

YOUR PET DESERVES BETTER THAN ADOBE. We used to love Adobe. The old Adobe is not the new Adobe. Prices are insane. Quality of care is horrible. Especially if you have a big dog RUN. I just had my annual examination with Dr. Paniz Davari. Horrible. She poked my dog's cyst with a needle and let the liquid drain out onto his leg instead of...well I don't know pulling the liquid out with a syringe. She hardly touched my dog and I have no idea about the quality of his ears, teeth, hips, bone structure, heart health, nothing. This was my dog's first appointment as a 1 year old so knowing all that is kind of important.Oh and Cindy in customer service. Don't even try. She will always take the vets side and gaslight you. When I told her about the vet appointment, I was the one that was supposed to be asking questions and the vet doesn't need to say anything. Oh the cyst... well sometimes things just get messy. No it was malpractice and my dog was the brunt end of it. I love that she didn't want to give a refund because "the vet tried their best". Oh... okay. And then they still want to charge me again for another appointment to literally conduct an annual checkup on my dog.Again, we used to love Adobe. It isn't the same. Go somewhere else. YOUR PET DESERVES BETTER THAN ADOBE.

Used to be great but they kept raising prices and the service degraded massively.

This is an overdue review, but I was so traumatized by my experience at Adobe that I could not write it at the time. Now that some time has passed, I'd like to share my experience here.We went to Adobe when my rabbit stopped eating and was suspected of GI stasis. I was very concerned because he had lost a lot of weight and wouldn't eat or drink, but ultimately, they told me my rabbit's condition was overall not too bad, and simply sent him home with some medication and Critical Care. He didn't even need to stay overnight. At the time, I was relieved to hear this and trusted the exotic vet at Adobe.Well, $500+ and less than 12 hours later, my rabbit passed away the next morning. An animal that's "fine" does not just suddenly die in less than 24 hours. I should have trusted my intuition but was reassured by the vet that his condition wasn't as bad as I thought. I greatly regret taking my beloved rabbit to this hospital, and I will NEVER take any animals here in the future. Rabbit owners--please do not go to Adobe Animal Hospital. Your animal will pay with their life.

Adobe cares so much about your animal and their hospital is equipped to offer the best care possible. The hospital is so amazing it looks like the ER of a major hospital for humans! When my cat was dying recently (of old age) they rushed her to the ER at no charge to make her as comfortable as possible. They let me stay with her and they took amazing care of her and me when I needed it the most.

could not more highly recommend adobe. they have been reliable and kind for all of our pets over the years. they are so thorough, accommodating, kind and thoughtful in every interaction. even in high stress situations they are always respectful and professional. they have helped all our pets with routine care and scary emergency situations. our pets are like our babies and i am very careful who i trust with them. adobe always goes above and beyond and i know i can always rest easy with them taking care of my babies. thank you so much adobe for all that you do!!!

Quality of service isn't the same. Long wait times, overpriced. Vets aren't given enough time to provide quality service. I hope they re-evaluate and improve their services. They used to be so good before the pandemic.

I took my dog to ER on 11/16 for seizures. They did a basic exam including blood pressures . But didn't disclose the cost of $113 for blood pressure taken. Then today I got a bill the blood pressure taken for a mini schnauzer is $113. When I called back, the manager Cynthia was terrible is customer service . Very argumentative attitude. She did not listen to me about my concern- we were not informed about the cost . I was not willing to pay it . The vet was Tiffany Tse, she was caring but she should have informed clients it does cost extra $ for blood pressure. Since for human, blood pressure check is part of the physical exam at doctor visit. I asked them for an discount. But Cindy or Cynthia said she is the manager and she makes the final decision. It's just terrible that way they interacted with clients .. especially when we are dealing with a dying pet. Terrible client service from Cynthia or Cindy'. The finance admin person . Two thumbs down. Dishonest charge .
