Easy to access for me during rush hours. For parking, there's whole food parking lot next door, so it's not a problem. The workout is a bit intense from my understanding of barre including strength, cardio, stretch etc. while I'm really happy about the challenging workout! It's defective for me to burn calories and improve my cardio! Will definitely come back!

Emily was great! Her class was fun. I was late. Yet people made space for me. This location is also convenient with parking nearby

Do not book with classpass. I was 7 minutes late. 5 of which I was parking. I was not allowed in the class. By the time we started having this conversation about how they weren't letting me in , we was ten minutes late into the class. They said absolutely not. I've seen plenty of people come in five to ten minutes late frequently. I assume this sudden inflexibility was because I was on class pass. They further could not reschedule or refund me, so now I'll be charged a substantial No show fee, in addition to what I already paid for the class. I have never been late before. This was a no warnings situation over 7, 8 minutes.

Booked my first class, drove 30 minutes, and was turned away because it was "full" aka "overbooked." Alternatives given were to come back for the next class. Super disappointed I just rushed to get all the way here and now don't get to see my friend and get a sweat in.

I went to Barre3 in Los Altos for the first time a couple of months ago and have since become a member. I have felt very welcome from day 1 and have never felt out of place even though I haven’t really worked out in years. In addition to every class being a great workout, Alene and her team of instructors have created a wonderfully positive and uplifting community.

I love this place. I have been going here for years. The classes are 60 minutes long. Depending on the instructor, the class could be very difficult or easy. But the instructor encourages you to do what makes you comfortable. Everyone there (instructors and front desk people) are very friendly and polite. I usually get a good workout from the classes.

Decided to leave a review since I just finished my 25th class at Barre3. There are many reasons why Barre3 was a great boutique studio for my situation. They are located near a major intersection close to my home and next to a Whole Foods. All the instructors are all super nice and encouraging. They constantly remind you how you can modify the exercise to suit your fitness level. I most frequently attend classes taught by Emily and Audrey given my work schedule - they are both great! The establishment also runs community clubs/events and offers childcare during your class. Many of their classes get full, so show up early for a good spot at the barre.

I have really been enjoying my experience with barre3 Los Altos. When covid was rearing its head, in a time when I wasn't sure if I could start exercising any time soon, I really felt safe in the studio due to what Alene and the barre3 staff implemented. I also really appreciate that all the instructors are helpful with making adjustments depending on our individual circumstances and levels. Overall it shows that they are intentional about cultivating an inclusive atmosphere, and I am so grateful to have discovered my love for barre through barre3 Los Altos.

One day over seven years ago, I walked into barre3 Los Altos looking for a new exercise experience. I found more than an exercise studio; I found a new exercise home. That was 1850 classes ago, and I could not be more satisfied.Barre3 Los Altos is a warm, caring community with knowledgeable instructors who help modify movements and postures to meet individual needs during each class. I frequently adjust my calendar to ensure I can attend the maximum number of weekly classes. Even when recovering from surgeries, the Barre3 staff offered accommodations for the movements so I could attend classes.Barre3 is at the core of my overall health and self-care routine. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a rigorous but fun workout.

I joined Barre3 Los Altos the day it opened and it continues to motivate and elevate me in a way that I never thought possible with exercise. The community that Barre3 Los Altos has created is incredible and even after 8 years, I continue to be challenged and awed. The classes don’t feel like exercise- but 250 calories later and that “good sore” in the glutes/quads - it kind of makes you want to come back again and again!Even though there is another studio that is closer to me, I choose this studio in Los Altos because of the feeling I get when I walk in the door- these are my people! I am welcomed, my children have a blast in the play lounge, and it truly is a workout that I look forward to ( who looks forward to exercise?!)!This community with B3 Los Altos was my safe haven as a brand new parent; with my infant in tow, it was one of the only places I felt comfortable and welcomed during one of life’s hardest transitions.Thank you Alene and team! Forever grateful for this space and for this amazing community.

Barre3 got me through the pandemic. Livestream classes and outdoor park sessions helped me stay fit and social. Now back in the studio most days a week and I feel like a part of the welcoming Barre3 family. The instructors provide fresh and challenging classes and the studio is always spotless. I’ve referred several friends and won’t hesitate to share the experience with more.

I love this Barre studio so much. I have been going here for many years and it's like the gym equivalent of my home away from home. Some things I especially appreciate about Barre3 Los Altos:1) Community: there is a genuine community here and even though I cannot partake in everyone I appreciate the camaraderie amongst the staff, members and class takers.2) Childcare: I have a 3 year old and he and I go together to Barre3 on Saturday mornings. It's the best. The childcare staff are attentive and kind. They sometimes even create fun activities for the kids.3) Livestream option: As a member I have livestream as an option. I love this for 6:15 AM workouts in my living room!I encourage you to check out the studio for yourself!

Lovely and clean studio. We had a private group lesson to celebrate one of my friends and it was lovely. Instructors were engaged and studio super clean. Instructor gave varieties to differentiate levels. I would have preferred a better sound system (instructor sometimes sounded muffled and music made it unclear) and more individualized corrections but overall fun class! I think if you are interested in barre, this would be a great studio.

I've been attending Los Altos Barre3 studio for over 6 years and it is my happy place. The community is warm and supportive and the classes are excellent. The instructors are clearly all seasoned and focus on correct posture and alignment. Additionally, the environment is about listening to your body and giving yourself space. I've been in all types of fitness, from 40 weeks pregnant to 3 months postpartum, at this studio and always felt supported and safe. If you're looking for a new workout home, you can't go wrong at Barre3 Los Altos!
