Kudos to Josh Schwartz, manager at the Los Altos store! Customer service at its finest! Due to a misunderstanding by a delivery driver, I called for assistance and was encouraged, by a very polite staff member at the BevMo, to discuss the issue with Josh. Not only was he sympathetic about the mishap, Manager Josh selflessly offered to ensure the birthday gift was delivered personally to the recipient...on time and in plenty of time for celebration! It's this kind of customer service that must not be taken for granted! Thank you, kind sir... may you prosper at your new position at The BevMo Los Altos store and in further ambitions!! Regards, MC

Terrible service, Inconsistencies in schedules, identification requirement for deliveries of items that are not alcohol. I hope your company goes bankrupt, I recommend using other stores like Safeway or Walgreens, better service and less problems. Go to hell Bevmo

Ordered an item on Bevmo website! Received the confirmation right away. Received another confirmation email says the item is ready for picked up. Drove almost an hour to the store from San Francisco. Got there and the worker looked all confused trying to find my item. One worker said " how could it be ready if its not on the shelf for pick up" well how did i get an email from you guys saying its ready for pick up then? After 20 minutes of looking, the guy called the store manager and said "the manager packed the item yesterday, we don't have it" what does that mean? The manager took my order home? I ended up leaving empty handed. I've ordered a lot from other BevMo's and when the status says "ready for pick up" it's always ready for pick up. Drove almost an hour there and an hour back for nothing. This is the worst Bevmo i've been to. No apologies whatsoever from the workers or the manager! Stay away from this place.

Worst bevmo in the bay area. Don't go here. They wouldn't hand me my order after showing ID. Bevmo is good but not this one!!! Avoid if possible.
