Terrible service, Inconsistencies in schedules, identification requirement for deliveries of items that are not alcohol. I hope your company goes bankrupt, I recommend using other stores like Safeway or Walgreens, better service and less problems. Go to hell Bevmo

Ordered an item on Bevmo website! Received the confirmation right away. Received another confirmation email says the item is ready for picked up. Drove almost an hour to the store from San Francisco. Got there and the worker looked all confused trying to find my item. One worker said " how could it be ready if its not on the shelf for pick up" well how did i get an email from you guys saying its ready for pick up then? After 20 minutes of looking, the guy called the store manager and said "the manager packed the item yesterday, we don't have it" what does that mean? The manager took my order home? I ended up leaving empty handed. I've ordered a lot from other BevMo's and when the status says "ready for pick up" it's always ready for pick up. Drove almost an hour there and an hour back for nothing. This is the worst Bevmo i've been to. No apologies whatsoever from the workers or the manager! Stay away from this place.

Worst bevmo in the bay area. Don't go here. They wouldn't hand me my order after showing ID. Bevmo is good but not this one!!! Avoid if possible.

Very rude staff. Disappointed with this particular bevmo. Pretended they didn't have an allocated bottle of boubon but we saw it behind the counter. Refused to let another customer have one either.

ID theft alert: BevMo has a new policy by which they scan everybody's driver's license as a condition to sell you anything, even if it is not alcohol. Stores like BevMo are not heavily regulated like financial institutions are and therefore have no incentive to invest the hundred + million dollars to safeguard that information. If they get hacked, or if an employee who is about to quit gets a copy of people's driver's license numbers, date of birth, address, that's enough information to commit identity theft. People can get credit cards under your name, rent a car and never return it, etc and you end up with the burden of proving that you're a victim of ID theft. It is extremely disrespectful towards customers to collect that info because BevMo is not in a position to protect it adequately. So I am now going to Total Wine, much better selection and I've always found qualified staff to assist me when needed. If we boycott BevMo due to their disrespectful and irresponsible practice, they may revisit it (or go bankrupt!).

I was picking up an UberEats delivery order and the employee refused to give it to me. She said I had to be 21+ to pick up an order of candy and chips (no alcohol). I’ve picked up plenty of UberEats orders from this location and have never had this issue. The employee said I can’t buy anything, not even chips from the store if I’m not 21. How is this true when I’ve come here hundreds of time over the past few years to buy snacks? I’ve been coming here since I was in middle school when I looked like a little kid, and I was never told this. I’ve even signed up for a BevMo rewards membership using my ID with my date of birth showing I am under 21 at their register, and I didn’t have a problem. She told me that wasn’t true and that I was lying to her. I called UberEats support and they said they didn’t have any information regarding these policies, otherwise they wouldn’t have sent me the order. I feel like this employee just wanted to project her authority onto me. Thanks for messing with my wallet.

I'm literally still in the parking lot because I'm so disgusted at the service I had to write a yelp review right when I left the store no wonder you have such low reviews I walk for into the store and asked are there any ice buckets all three of the guys looked at me and said no of course no one thought to look I said well where will your plastic cups. of course lo and behold I go back there and there are not one not two but four different types of ice buckets and I asked, are there any more Tommy margarita mix they all look at each other and say no after I find the ice bucket they said they didn't have I said, why don't you go back and see if there's any tommy margaritas mix. Of course they came back with a whole case. What's wrong with this picture? I then said where is the manager and the guy who did nothing to help me said I'm the manager WOW there has to be other liquor stores in the area do not get them any business.

Completely unethical business. I asked about the return policy three times before purchasing. Then when I came back to return extra items from my purchase,they refused to take them back. Clearly states on the receipt returns are acceptable within seven days. Completely unethical management.

They have added a layer of ID to purchasing which makes it more cumbersome to buy and are often out of sales items.
