“Diana O. was so pleasant and helpful! I was at door before 9am (opening). At around 8:55, she unlocked door, as it was cold outside. I cannot tell you how many times I have been waiting, and the employees start opening (turning lights on, etc) at the designated opening time, and usually start a few minutes late! Diana O. is a terrific example of providing customer service with a smile and a great representative of See’s!!”

“Such a clean, cute and organized storefront! All the candies and chocolates looked incredibly fresh and delicious as well. We really appreciated the hospitality and attentiveness of the sales people - they provided so many free samples for us to try, and even provided an elderly member within my party with sugar-free chocolate, which I appreciated. “Always come here when I'm in the South Bay at Mitsuwa to pick up Yoku Moku or their pancakes with red bean. So good! Staff is friendly and the selection is very good. Refrigerated chocolates from Royce. Clean aisles and counters. No stamps because it's not part of a Minamoto Kitchoan which is in SF.”

“Super delicious beef jerky — the price is a bit high but I’ve never found better.
The shopkeeper was extremely nice and gave my friend and I like 8 different samples, telling us not to worry when we tried not to take too many. He also gave us a free tea drink with our purchase :)”
