It's great to know that my child is in safe hands after school, having fun and making friends. The staff is easy to communicate with and very caring. And the camp days they put on during school vacations mean I have childcare covered when I can't take time off work.

Kids play a lot of active team games. My daughter loves it. The personnell is respectful to kids and parents.

The site director is unfriendly and rude with kids, parents and teachers. She is unable to engage kids with activities and her best way to communicate is yelling. The result is - unattended kids, misbehaving and bruises. This is not just my opinion, many families are ready to sign a claim, hoping that management will notice that situation and take an action.
