High marks due to wide variety and reasonable prices. Known for fruit and veggies but carries lots more: cheese/dairy, baked goods, spices, ethnic food -- and much more. It's a small speciality store next door to the one of the best speciality stores: Trader Joe's. I quibble a bit as I regularly find berries that are moldy and veggies with soft spots. Some yelpers complain about the staff. They can be perfunctory but I've never seen them be rude. Base your own groceries to speed things up.

Everything im looking is in this place especially Arab/Mediterranean food and spices.Their Flat breads of different varieties makes me come back all the time, their fresh vegetables and fruits are so good also they have a lot of varieties.I loved going to this store-early in the morning when still few buyers are there so i can roam around so good coz if it gets crowded the store is just small.

I love this store for their pricing and varieties. I shop there every weekend. The only complaint I have is sometimes the strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries are moldy so you really have to pick through them. Location is great, too....right next to TJ's where I shop weekly.

Wow- wish I lived closer. This little GEM right by 280 offers a HUGE variety of produce and specialty foods (I love that part) at very reasonable prices. I have to say how much I appreciate that last point considering the neighborhood they're in where they could easily be jacking up their prices. They've also got the largest eggplant and cosmic apples I've ever seen. Generally the quality of the produce is excellent although i did get some cherries that were a bit overripe once. It's very convenient to have a Trader Joes right next door too.

Fantastic prices on some produce and good prices on the rest. Amazing selection of groceries you won’t find at a mainstream (white people) store.

Place used to be good (not as good as closed Milk Pail Market but good). Not anymore. After the reorganization, many European items are not available (especially Italian and Spanish) and what is still there is hard to find. On Sunday evening was the only register open and about 20 people with full carts in the line. I just left because have no 30 min to spend there.

Best local market for fresh produce, as well as a terrific selection of specialty items on the shelf and in dairy and frozen food cases. Many kosher foods as well. Felipe has a dedicated staff of friendly and professional employees, many of them have been with him for years. His buyer has a good eye for quality and variety.

The wide range of fresh fruits and vegetables is truly impressive. In addition, they have an extensive selection of ethnic foods that cater to diverse culinary preferences. From Middle Eastern delights to a variety of spices, cheeses, and dairy products, they have it all. The shelves are stocked with a remarkable assortment of breads, sauces, frozen prepared foods, and baked goods, offering something for every taste. The attention to detail in curating their product offerings is evident, ensuring that customers can find all the ingredients they need for a flavorful and diverse culinary experience. Prepare to be amazed by the diverse and high-quality selection available at this store.

Produce is priced well. Vegetables are primarily good. Fruits are frozen and thawed, so they are mostly black when you open them at home. I never buy milk here since the milk is always bad even though the expiration date is still days away. However, the worst are some of the cashiers, who are rude, and obnoxious that make fun of and gossip about the customers in Spanish in their faces. Some do not pack for you, just ring you and move on to the next customer while you are trying to put your purchases in your bag. The one star is for the cheap and reasonable vegetables and for Gabriel who has been there for years, polite, friendly, and the best in this store.

Great prices, great variety, fresh produce - especially the veggies! - .... When shopping for delicate fruit [apples, peaches, etc.], you might have to watch out for the occasional bruises, but the vegetables are most always super good and super fresh. Also many specialty/international veggies that you might not find at the ordinary supermarket. Awesome people too! I accidentally dropped my ID on the floor in there once while shopping, and the clerk chased me down in the parking lot to return it before I got away. There is also quite a selection of packaged food imported from Israel, Russia, Europe, etc. Bottom line: go there; it's amazing.

Foothill Produce in Los Altos is an exceptional market for fresh and high-quality fruits and vegetables. The variety of fruits on offer is really astounding, and each one is exceptionally fresh, having been picked directly from farmers. I recently bought some fruits from here, and they were delicious. They were juicy, sweet, and bursting with flavor. Our family and I absolutely loved them, and everyone in the house inquired as to where I obtained them. Generally, Foothill Produce is an elevated market that prioritizes quality and freshness. I strongly recommend this market to anyone looking for the greatest fruits and vegetables in town.

Loved this place as Foothill Produce. Would have given it 5 stars but was recently taken over by Felipe’s Produce. Rearranging the inside of store is ok, but not needed. Both flatbreads I buy don’t seem to be carried. Prices seem higher at on average. Will keep open mind, but I don’t have a good feeling about this. Will consider increasing or decreasing stars in the future
