We had a fantastic time at this sports/confidence building camp. We registered for 2 weeks but wish we had more. My child takes time to adapt to new environments & once he does he opens up. The counselors, schedule & positive energy really worked for him. The counselors became like big brothers & they engaged him all day. By the end of the 2 weeks, my shy introverted 6 year old was performing a dance routine in front of his peers. Somehow they got him to be brave enough to choose to do this! So awesome & proud of how far he has come. Now next step is to kick the ball at the opportune time or hit it correctly with a racket or paddle. We'll get there :) See you next year golden Eagle crew! Kudos!

We are brand new to Golden Eagle and just send our 7yo there for his first week. He really enjoyed it. Drop off and pick up have been a breeze. Nice counselors and administrators, well run, and well organized.We learned he did a bunch of fun different sports and non-sport activities including gaga ball, kickball, tag, hide and seek, hockey, dodgeball, and board games.

This is my daughters first time to go to this camp. We enrolled one week only. Surprisingly she loved it so much. They have many activities she can choose from and some she never tried before. She like ga-ga-ball, tennis, soccer, speedball, arts and crafts, tennis, etc. she loved the counselor vs campers dodgeball game. She kept talking about it at home.Only one thing she didn't like, the otter-pop time. She didn't like the taste. Other than this, she had a wonderful time there.

A wonderful time for our kids. We have be coming here for two years and have found the counselors and other staff to be very friendly and caring. The kids love the activities and the Friday fun festivities are a great way to end the week. They are a great little operation that I have encouraged all of my friends that they too should it try out.

My kid loved camp! He was apprehensive at first because it was the first camp we have ever sent him to. After the first day, he was excited to go back each day! He did a variety of activities and had fun with the other campers and the counselors. As we have started the school year, he keeps mentioning sports camp and wants to go back next year. We will happily sign him up again!

Outstanding summer camp for kids ages 4-14. I was a camper from 2nd grade - 9th grade. The same family has owned and operated this camp since the late 80's. Now that I am an adult with my own kids, as soon as they are old enough I plan on sending them to this camp.Excellent environment for all children. Biggest attractions for parents:1. Introduction to a large variety of sports such as: soccer, swimming, basketball, wrestling, golf, field hockey and dance. Also has dodgeball, hide and seek, capture the flag, arts and craft, chess and much more.2. Teaches the basics in swimming via small group environments. Caters to your child's swimming skill level3. Unique social interactions outside of a school class room environment with children from around the South Bay Area.This is arguably the best summer camp in the South Bay. I have attended YMCA, decathlon, Salvation Army, and various church summer camps but Golden Eagle Summer sports camp is by far the best camp.

A fun and local camp. I love the exciting activities that they have here and the staff are all so fun. We have attended before and took a quick tour for my youngest to see the facilities before he starts this summer. Overall I am very pleased with the camp and we will be returning for many many years. Thank you Golden eagle for a great experience.

This is a secret gem that my family truly enjoys. My children absolutely love the Golden eagle camp. What I love is that they are super flexible and the staffing is always super friendly. I would definitely recommend this camp to all of my friends and family if you are in the need of a summer time activity for your children. Keep up the great work Golden Eagle Camp and I am excited about coming back this summer!!

I finally got rid of my “mama bear” fears and allowed my “big” in stature, but young in age cubs (lol) enjoy several summer weeks of sports camp with Golden Eagle Sports Camp w/o my presence invading their space to grow and learn. My biggest fear was the swimming pool as a result of my two near drowning experiences that I had many years ago. I also had other fears pertaining to their safety (ie. someone or something hurting them). Fortunately, my professional relationship with one of program directors eased my fear enough to give it a go! It was one of the best decisions I made and experiences for my sons had!The program is structured to maintain safety from start to finish! The kids are separated by age in most activities and/or skill level depending on the activity. They got to learn about and play a variety of sports. In addition to learning and playing sports, the program taught them the value of good sportsmanship, being a team player, the importance of listening and following directions. My sons’ established positive peer and staff relationships, their confidence grew, and they became more autonomous.With no hesitation, they will return for a second summer. Thank you Golden Eagle Camp for creating a program that fosters fun and growth!

I wish my five year old could go here year round!So many activity choices, he came home happy everyday and called this the best camp.He made a ton of progress swimming (he did not swim at all when starting), and even had the option not to swim one day when he felt tired, he played chess instead.Thank you for making my sons summer! He had a great time, and I loved being able to walk over and peek in.

Really happy with the experience we had with Golden Eagle Summer Sports Camp. This was a first class experience from start to finish, and my kids had a blast. The camp staff was courteous and knowledgeable. My kids can’t wait to go back. If you’re looking for a top notch sports camp, look no further.

Our 13-year-old enjoyed this camp as it was generally well-run and the staff members were engaged and fun to work with. Our one criticism would be that kids like change and novelty. For each given age-based small group, the schedule of activities was the same every day, which got boring by the end of the week. Granted that it requires a different tracking and monitoring structure, but our son would have preferred to be able to try different activities from day to day. Something to consider for the future.

I was so pleased to find this camp – it is exactly what I was looking for in a summer program for my daughter. Your camp is the best environment a child needs to be in, and that parents can feel good about. It has given my child the chance to try new activities and learn new talents that she normally would not have tried.
