Waste of time. Guy working is very rude. One customer clearly stated to be careful as he has delicate stuff in box and guy just threw items in big box. You could hear items breaking He would not take several items since they were too big. I've never had this problem before especially since they were nice and in great shape

Don't waste your time. Took the morning off work to drive a bunch of stuff over at 10:15am and was told the trailer was full and they wouldn't take anything. Looks like I will just be throwing these lightly used business dress items in the trash instead.

On google maps this is listed as a "Goodwill Thrift STORE " but it is NOT a thrift STORE it is a donation semi truck parked at a grocery parking lot. When I asked the attendant if she knew if there was a Goodwill thrift STORE near here she said no she did not because she wasn't 'from the area' ..apologized and gave me a receipt (for 10% off a purchase--which she wanted back) so I could take a photo of Goodwill store locations.

Men taking the donations were nice and friendly but one never knows when they take their break. No signs with times. I went at 2:30 pm and they were closed. Not going back.

Don't bother. They just decided to close up at 2:50pm. Not the first time they don't take donations "just because."Brand new toys... Will give to Lucille Packard instead.

These people are nasty and mean. There have been 4 times when I got there and they were busy with something else or on lunch break (never sure when and how long is their lunch break - one day I was there 11:20am and 12:45 and they were both close). I have the feeling that they really don't care much, if at all. I would never go to this site again.

I was truly disappointed with my experience here.... My Mother passed away and we were donating items from the house. We had 3 boxes of items from the kitchen that we brought to them. When I got there they took the boxes and turned them upside down and dumped them into the bigger boxes in the trailer. I listened to all the glass breaking as they did so and said 'wait, what?' They said 'you are supposed to separate'. I did not know this beforehand, had I known I would have separated on the spot. So very sad - will never go back here again.

These people are nasty. Doing you a favor and the company doesn't give a hoot. I came 5 minutes before they opened and they threatened to call the police if I just took my things out of my car. Don't donate anything to them.

IT DOES exist....it is a truck staffed by 1-2 people in the Lucky parking lot. They closed for a period of time during the COVID shutdowns but are back. Easy drop off of items as noted in the other review. Note that they no longer accept toys.
