Farzana is really helpful in understanding your needs and coming up with ideas/solutions. I was looking for hair extensions / topper for my thinning hair and I am so glad that I met Farzana. Farzana is extremely kind, skilled, and flexible. I called her same day and she made time for me to come and trim my clip in hair extensions in between her clients. She was not rushing me and helped guide me to her location and then she helped me place my extensions and gave them a trim. She is a very kind hair stylist and did a great job with helping me learn how to place my extensions and blending them to my own hair. Highly recommend!

This is my third review of Farzana's salon. Farzana has been my hair stylist for over 20 years now. You will notice from other reviews that she has several very loyal customers . I found Farzana’s salon on Magicksleek’s website when looking for their affiliate salons. Farzana is a very nice person and establishes trust connection with you quickly. She also is super quick for delivering exactly what is asked. Considering the length of time she has been in this business in the area, it’s hard not to trust her in first place.That’s where all the good things ended unfortunately for me.
I am used to having Japanese hair straightening done for more than 10 years. It was a couple years I stopped that treatment knowing the harsh chemicals. I researched this time and came up with raving reviews about “magic sleek” straightening and how it’s a much healthier option. Her salon happens to be “the only” salon in the area near my home that has affiliation with that brand. Hence, I tried to get an appointment from her to try this new method.
When I arrived for my appointment, she also highly recommended the new method and confirmed it’s healthier than Japanese… so I was super confident about my decision and proceeded with the procedure. Once done, I asked her if it’s possible to get slight highlights as well and she mentioned it’s risky, but can do it quickly. Considering the risk, to get a better coverage, she recommended I get highlighted hair extensions so I agreed. I paid 1000+$ for the entire process and was happy I could get what I wished!
A couple days later my nightmare started when washing my hair after treatment. In the shower big and small strands of my hair started falling apart and lost its natural elasticity altogether. Every shower I collected excessively huge amounts of hair like cotton candy and since I have small children and family obligations to arrange, I never thought too much about it. However, since January that I got this treatment, I realized gradually that have lost almost all of my hair (falling apart and breaking in shower each time).
I don’t usually have time to write reviews. However, I felt that I should share my experience with people who are similarly looking for healthy permanent hair straightening products. While Farzana’s salon failed to provide any warning signs about it, there is also not much evidence/information about this product in internet. My two cents message in this review is: Please do deeper research and also stay (as much as you possibly can) away from trying out new products which especially rave about their product and how it is healthier without much further knowledge (and case studies) shared about it. This product essentially destroyed the bond and structure of my hair and no protein / salon treatments have been able to fix it. I ended up cutting my long beautiful hair short !

She's such an angel! After having my hair bleached off at a different salon I was so sad and hopeless I had short bright pieces in my hair but she added extensions and seamlessly blended them into my hair and now it looks amazing. I'm super happy with the results and will definitely be back and highly recommend her services to anyone!

Farzana was very helpful with selecting a wig topper. She also color matched and it styled it to fit my hair. I was nervous as this is my first time using anything like a wig topper and she was very informative and kind. It looks just like a part of my hair. Highly recommend.

Farzana was very kind in letting me try on wigs for my sister who lost her hair due to chemotherapy and is reluctant to be seen in public. There were lots of good options. Because a wig is personal, I didn't purchase because my sister really needs to choose and she lives far away. But I would definitely recommend Farzana.

Amazing customer service and most talented, amazing, kind and patient human. I was losing my hair and came to the store for help. Farazana was most patient, and supportive. She took her time to help me try so many different wig options, worked with my price range, offered multiple customization options.. and made sure that whatever I chose was perfect for me and I was perfectly happy with. This lady has some nice things in her shop and they are not that expensive. Great customer service service and she understands the customers requests and will not mess with the hair too much only if you ask to cut more she will. I like her cuz she understands my 8 year olds demands.
