Amazing, friendly staff! I came in needing help securing something on my car, and they went above and beyond. They worked with the materials I already had, helped me buy only what I truly needed, and even took extra steps to make sure everything was secure. Their honesty and willingness to help—even when I just needed a better grip—really showed how much they value their customers. Highly recommend!

Absolutely hands-down, the best hardware store in the universe. SO knowledgeable and SO helpful - the staff is absolutely amazing and I can’t speak highly enough of them. This place is an absolute gem.

You know how some people have dads that they can call for help with absolutely anything around the house, and the dad has great suggestions and is super knowledgeable and goes above and beyond? These people are like that. I appreciate them so much. My dog likes them too because they have water and treats!

The best service ever! My car fob died just as I was about to start a long distance trip early one morning. The owner tried to open the case, then searched YouTube and finally replaced the dead battery all for the low cost of the battery! He didn’t have to, but seeing I was desperate, he helped because he could. We’ve always come here for our hardware needs before, but after this experience, want to give a shout out for this neighborhood treasure. Thank you.

Super service. I went to this store after being at various Ace HW stores. The team in the store were accommodating. I was on the "hunt" for special metrics screws. They had the ones I was looking for in store but slightly too long. They cut them to the exact measures I needed. They fit perfectly now. I couldn't be happier... :)

The nicest people ever. I love this store and I love everyone that works there. I went there 2x today and each time, I was blown away by how helpful people were. They seemed genuinely happy and even cut a piece of metal for my son's car part for free. I would have happily paid. They also copy keys. Everything is reasonably priced too. My new favorite store.

Avoid: Smug, rude employees that thought it was funny to play games and abuse an elderly person by saying she could use their bathroom, getting her to come back in the store; only to reject her causing her to have an accident. They lost a $450 sale from me today, and I will never return. Hopefully all of my neighbors will do the same. It's sad when I need to take my business away from a small business owner to a corporate chain that would never treat their customer in this manner.
