Excellent and convenient shop. I have used for shipping, notary, and passport photos. I rarely have to wait and the staff is competent and friendly. I love that they sell USPS stamps.

Best shipping place anywhere! But it’s just a UPS store, you say. Sure, but the people here make this place great. Sudha and the team are always super helpful and friendly. It’s in our neighborhood shopping center (Rancho) and I’m so glad they are part of our community.

Don't even try walking in with your item in the Amazon mailer it came with if you are dropping it off for 'no box needed'. He will call you out even before you remove the item from the mailer. Apparently it's a crime to drop in with your item bagged for transport purposes. This is not the first time he has done this. I've seen him school an older man once.
I know it doesn't need a box. I only have two hands. It is my choice to come in with the item in the mailer to later remove it as per the directions chosen for return. Be respectful. You don't need to school your customers. We are not dumb. We are not stupid.

*Note to owner: do not write a reply that doesn't address what I have stated was an issue. THE LEAST you can do to make things right is offer to refund me the cost of the tape or give me a store credit for $15 to refund the cost of the tape plus a little bit for inconvenience.

I made a mistake. I was doing a Zappos return for the first time. When I selected UPS Store as my drop off, I didn't realize I needed to tape the boxes. I've been coming here for 7 years, it would have been nice to get a one-time assist.
I had to choose between buying the tape in store or taking my boxes back. I bought the tape. I tried to use it again today because I couldn't find any other tape in the house. I was reminded again of the incident and that I haven't been back to this UPS Store since.
The worst part? The tape is TRASH. I had to pay $6-7 for it and it won't peel off in one piece. It shreds every time.
