I have coming to this UPS location for EVERYTHING!! They have the best team led by Sudah and always super helpful. I moved a bit far away and still come here for everything I need.

This is our go-to UPS store. The owner (at least I think she is) is very helpful and friendly. Location is super convenient too.

This store imposes a per package fee for package pick ups. It’s $7 to $10 per package. Keep that in mind when redirecting packages sent to your home when you aren’t able to sign/receive them there.

It was nice experience previously but not the recent one. I went there with Amazon return (printed label on a box) and the clerk told me she cannot provide me with a receipt - I can either give it to her without a receipt (!!!) or can go to UPS customer service in Sunnyvale (20 min drive). Moreover, she said they may also not give me a receipt.Her explanations why it’s like that I was not able to understand. She is a nice Indian person but it’s a challenge to understand half of what she was saying.I ended up contacting Amazon and they changed a return location to Whole Foods.

Paspport photo snapped by them in january was not accepted at US consulate at Delhi India.I had a panic attack, would have led to a visa appointment rebooking, which would have meant stranded for days, as at that time, visa appointment dates would not be available for weeks/months.Luckily, consulate people allowed, if u can come back with a photo according to requirements, back before consulate closes at 5 pm, your appointment is still valid. Luckily there was a photo booth nearby.whew

Made a reservation of notary service for 9:00am. When my wife and I were there, the staff said they don't do notary now. He made a call and told me the notary public will be there at 1:15pm. Wasted my and my wife's time.

This store charges you to print the shipping label if you haven’t done so at home. Not all UPS stores do this. The charges are nontrivial.

Friendly and attentive staff. They were able to quickly do a notarization and add on passport photos to boot! Would recommend.

I ship returns here all the time. Open 7 days a week - friendly and patient employees. Special shout-out to Sudha for keeping her head with a rude (and seemingly racist) customer. My husband and I were there for a passport photo appointment and a man came in “in a hurry” to get a package mailed. He seemed irritated that she was already helping us and coerced another employee over to help him. When gently told he had an incorrect delivery address and that they recommended he change it as suggested by their system so it would be delivered properly, he became irate (“look at me when I’m talking to you” “do you understand English?”) and then looked meaningfully at us for what seemed to be a request for white solidarity. Once he stormed out, we apologized to her and the other employee and commended them for staying so professional. Plus, our passport photos were done with meticulous care. Highly recommend this UPS store.

This UPS Store at the Rancho Shopping Center is great! The owner is so nice and helpful. Do all my business shipping with them and have never had any issues. I use it all the time and highly recommend them!.

The owner is super cheap here. If you have forgotten to seal your box, she will not allow you to use her tape. Instead, she will require you to buy a full roll of their overpriced tape. The gentleman ahead of me also had the same problem and made the same complaint. This owner really needs to take heed. Otherwise she will lose a lot of customers.This is the only UPS that I know that does this to their customers. I think it's cheap of them and poor Customer service. I live in the neighborhood and have been to this store many times. It does not help that the owner herself is not nice at all. I have been coming here for a couple of years and she's definitely rough around the edges. In fact, I don't think I've ever seen her smile in all the times I've been in her store. So this issue with the tape is just another strike against her and her store. I won't be returning to this UPS again.
