Had an appointment at 3 today, showed up at the store on time. The sales guy tells me oh sorry I can’t help with that. No calls, no emails and no rescheduling before hand. Drove all the way there for no reason. Quite upsetting and very very unprofessional.

I ordered UPS Express online and went to this UPS Store. They told me they no longer provide Express service because it doesn’t make money.
I was shocked. As a franchise store, can they refuse to offer a standard UPS express service at all?

I’m so frustrated. My wife just dropped off Amazon packages and the guy working there was so obnoxious and rude!!! The absolute worst customer experience I’ve encountered throughout all UPS branches.
He not only had her carry the items up to him but also made her package them and was just standing and staring at her as if she works for him. (I also want to mention his aggressive and egoistic energy)
If you don’t want your day to completely be ruined by this man please don’t go there unless they fire his ass which they should!!
Sorry not sorry.

We have been going to this location for years but have experienced the same rude behavior from the man mentioned in other reviews.
We are going to avoid this location for our shipping needs.

Took my Amazon returns to the store. The employee ( maybe the same mentioned in another review that look like from Middle East and in the 50s) seemed quite annoyed for no reason. When I tried to borrow a tape. He could choose to say it nicely but he chose not to. Never had this in this location before until today. If it is the same person over and over again, the owner definitely should take of this.

The UPS store at Los Tos is the worst. A man, who appeared to be from the Middle East, tried to charge me $86.99 for regular mail with standard delivery in the states.
The same mail, with tracking, costs $4.23 at USPS.
This UPS location feels like a complete scam, and charging customers such outrageous prices seems illegal. I would never recommend this store—I was shocked by the high amount.l, I believe these reviews are fake ?!

Store hours are set for opening at 8:30am but no one was there. 4 of us were waiting; 3 couldn’t wait after 8-10 minutes.
I stayed until 8:50 & still no one arrived to open the store.
My time is very valuable. I was forced to make a 2nd trip & waste gas to drive down (171 main st, Los Altos, CA) just to deliver a pkg.
if your store hrs says opening is at 8:30am, someone should be there at that time, at least a 10-15 minutes before.
I don’t know who was responsible for opening the store on August 20, 2024 but either the heavyset, middle-aged, gray man or the heavyset young woman should be reprimanded, fired or given serious re-training.

Jennifer has the best outstanding customer service, I was greeted as soon as I walked in by her ,She went as far as making sure I had the correct address as I somehow forget where I live but she made sure everything was clear and correct, Thank you again and Also nice and clean environment. Cleanest UPS store I been at , other locations won’t even lend me a pen ?️

Super rude with bad service. They close at 5:30pm, I got there around 5:05, found my return QR code at 5:14pm (while still waiting in line, only one lady in front of me, who’s almost done). The staff (a guy with short gray hair) looked at me and said he can’t let me return stuff today and basically kicked me out. He was very impatient with everyone. Well… then state that you close at 5pm then. What’s this attitude with everyone who stops by between 5 and 5:30pm?

Violeta helped my sister and me with a notary and was very nice and welcoming. She did the notarization quickly and without issue.

Always quick, efficient, and the line is shorter than the US post office. And I’ve never encountered an employee taking a break with 14 customers in line and a supervisor walking around uselessly and not taking customers. I try to support USPS but UPS is a better experience.
