I ordered an all white wrap bouquet and I even added a note asking "It's for a bride make it pretty please" and what they gave me is something I could have bought at Vons for $15 instead of a $55 bouquet. I mention the bride part because my flowers did not come wrapped as any other bouquet would have with plastic and tissue paper, mine came stapled in some blue patter fabric.Definitely would not recommend.

When I needed to quickly send flowers to my daughter - on a limited budget - Hailey came to my rescue! We spoke twice and she (team) was able to create a beautiful arrangement, as well as meeting an early delivery time. Conroys/Beverly Hills was empathetic, responsive, and provided exceptional service. My daughter loved the flowers. :)

I was looking for a flower delivery for a friend's birthday, and I saw this spot on UberEats (of all places LOL). I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to book an order, and how they quickly (but beautifully) arranged and delivered this literally 30 minutes after submitting my order. I also added a few customizations, and Conroy's was able to accommodate them without any issues or extra charges. My friend loved how beautiful this arrangement was, and even commented on how fresh and fragrant the flowers were. Highly recommend checking them out for beautiful, dependable bouquets and fast delivery and arrangement times!

They delivered a great bouquet.....and forgot the photo card that I spent 5 bucks and 20 minutes choosing the perfect photo for as well as making into the perfect fonts.Please do better on Valentine's Day.

I purchased the “It’s Your Day” bundle which, despite what was shown in the picture, had 20% flowers and 80% leaves. Not worth the $59.99.

Among other reasons, flowers are important to make events feel more lively, happier, and bring a sense of cheer to an otherwise not-so-happy time.Flowers for the funeral of one's mother-in-law are that much more important to bring beautiful sentiments to one of the saddest time a family can go through.And then, after paying $250 for an arrangement that I thought would be full and beautiful (see pic) I received an arrangement that looked to be 1/3 the size (see other pic) of the online arrangement. It was pathetic and embarrassing.If this is the type of florist that 800-FLOWERS chooses to associate with, then I simply can't see myself using this company again, and would advise you to boycott them as well.

Ordered flowers for my mom who lives halfway across the country for Mothers day. They arrived on time but were dead with petals falling off. Needless say, but i was furious! Upon contacting them they scheduled a redelivery but wouldn't give me any type of refund. Never going back.

I ordered flowers for a friend's funeral. The flowers were not delivered but 1-800-Flowers sent me a notification that they were delivered. Speaking to my friend's sister 3 weeks later it came to light that no flowers were delivered because she was sending thank you note to all who had sent flowers. She told me that none we received from me. I called 1-800-Flowers and they admitted that the flowers didn't go out until two days later. They knew the flowers didn't make the funeral and sent me a confirmation that they did. They're not trustworthy. I will never use them again, neither should anybody that wants to send flowers on time.

WHAT EVER YOU DO, DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. For some reason they work with 1800flowers since I placed the order with them. I ordered the flowers in the left because my coworker is getting married and had white roses, very disappointed that we received the right flowers with pink and burgundy not even purple and white as we originally requested them. I called and spoke to manager Sandy, very rude person who kept arguing over the phone with me saying there was white in the flowers. I guess I must be blind and stupid that I don't see the white flowers. She did not try to fix anything and kept saying they have the right to make any modifications on the flowers.1. I will be contacting corporate in regards of this, I paid $100+ for something that I did not order and colors did not match.2. If you are out of stock of any type of flowers, REMOVE THEM FROM YOUR WEBSITE.3. Your staff is very rude, no costumer service experience at all AGAIN, DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM AND INSTEAD SUPPORT SMALL BUSINESS. THIS PLACE ONLY CARES ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOT WHAT THE COSTUMER WANTS!!!!! 10 red flags

My husband order me flowers for Mother's Day. The flowers showed delivered on Monday but didn't arrive. When I called customer service they apologized and offered to resend the flowers on Tuesday. Mind you my husband paid 130.00 once the service charge and tax's was added. The photo is of the flowers that were delivered. Two roses and a sunflower, really 130.00 dollars for this. I called customer service again and they said my husband would have to call to get a 50% refund. I told them he is unfortunately in New York dealing with a death of a co worker. They didn't care and refused to do anything about this until he called. Buyers beware I offered to send a picture of the flowers and they refused to look at it. You would think a nationwide chain could do better than this.

I've used 1800flowers in the past. Never had an issue. This year Mother's Day 2022, so many issues!!! I ordered 3 different sets for 3 different people, 2 orders were going to the same address, one was delivered the other says delivered but it was never delivered. I called, I sent messages, every person I spoke to said it will arrive by 8pm on Sunday guaranteed, it is now 8:20 pm no order, no answer by phone or chat! Never ever in my life will I use this service! The third order arrived, flowers were nothing close to what I ordered, missing a balloon. Don't waste your money or time, find a better service!
