Marlon and Sergio did a great job moving our 1 bedroom apartment. They were fast and efficient. We have a costume sofa that they were able to move out and into our new place with ease. They finished in 4 hours. I would highly recommend you use them.

Alvaro and the mover came early than promised and did not complain at all. They were very effective and very strong. I’ll use 365 movers any time in the future.

Bad customer service. The truck driver for this company has no consideration. Does not obey traffic laws and is lazy to move truck when needed. They take too long and movers have no respect. Do not bother with this company.

1) Their hourly rates were higher than other similar moving co. 2) They took more time than other normal local co. in that industry 3) Employees were really slow 4) My own experience w/ them made me think this probably is not their main business for living but rather it seems more like they have a moving truck parted at their lot and make extra money whenever customer calls in.

I moved here this year, but it took me 8 hours to move to a single because of the smell of alcohol as if the person moving the mover drank all night. When I go down to pick up my luggage, I don't come up and look at my phone and it's terrible here.

1. They did were not careful with any of the furnitures. I had to ASK them to use the wrap and then they started to do so.2. One guy lifted out 52" TV by himself and I asked him if he needed another person to help and he said, "No." Well, he ended up bending our TV.3. Our bed frame was scratched up because the guy didn't wrap the whole thing. He just wrapped the middle part.4. As they were moving they scratched the newly painted walls and were very UNAPOLOGETIC about it.5. They cracked our new washer pan and was promised a new one, but I haven't heard anything from them.6. They said they were comfortable uninstalling/installing the washer and dryer. I even gave them the manual just in case and the guys didn't want it. Well, they couldn't hook our washer and dryer when we got to the new place. This is something I asked the owner about three weeks before making an appointment with them. That took up most of the time and ALL THREE GUYS had to work hooking it up basically wasting our time.

The owner assured they were familiar with our building location in DTLA, and they got lost for 29 minutes.Movers were not uniformed which wasn't a big deal but except for one two others did not understand what I was talking about when I explain to them that the furnitures were new and EXPENSIVE (Ethan &Thomaaville) . When I got down to the loading dock none of the chairs were covered!!! AND stacked up against the boxes!!(should of taken a photo has I known I was going to write a review)I asked and they one of them pointed to the blanket and shook his head meaning all the blanks were used up. Worse yet:1. my new floor was scratched up. 2. Many of my NEW pieces were scratched and dinged up, broken, and since they didn't bubble wrap any of frames pictures, one of them cracked (didn't find out until later).3. Scuff marks across my dinning table!!When I addressed the obvious to the owner on the moving date he said we could either have someone come out and fix the damage or take his $80.00 discount. In retrospect, it would of been better if we took the fix option instead.They also got lost to our new place. I told both the owner and the movers that it was a new development and to look for specific landmark and also input the information on movers phone, but they got lost anyways.I guess whatever it takes to drag the time and make a buck, after all they were charging $150.00/hrMy suggestion: have someone at a loading dock and also have movers follow you or you follow them.

I'm very fortunate and blessed to have worked with such a great, experienced, organized, and professional moving company. 365 Fast Moving has provided me with all my needs helping and moving all my valuable belongings carefully enough, so they wouldn't get scratched nor damaged in a timely manner. On the other hand, the day I moved, my crew came right on time ready to rock. The friendly folks worked very diligently and efficiently. There isn't enough words to express all my gratitude for I'm very glad and so pleased to connect with people with such a friendly serving attitude, and yet courteous with good vibe creating a perfect and right atmosphere throughout the entire moving process. I fondly trust this company, and will absolutely hire them again. Definitely, I would recommend anyone who is in need of moving or searching for high and great quality moving service with such a strong support system. Again, thank you so much for everything and looking forward to working with you guys again! Great job guys!

I'd would like to thank you 365 FAST MOVING ! In a short time, three people came and wrapped up a large TV and several furniture delicately, saving time and working very hard. I will continue to use 365 FAST MOVING. And it is a great company that I would like to recommend to everyone. Thank you!

I wish there is a spot for me to give them a -1 star. I was introduced to them by my good friend and the movers did a great job moving my stuff. Very efficient and the price was great. This time around, the owner did not reply to my requested text; I called him two days later and he told me he forgot about it, and for sure they can move my stuff for me on my desired date. He told me to text him back the moving list. I emailed him the moving list 3days before my moving date and tried to confirm, he emailed me back saying that they cannot help me with my move since they already scheduled another moving job because I did not reply him back soon enough. The movers are great, but the management was very unprofessional. Be careful if you choose this company, don't expect them to reply back to you at all; make sure that you follow up with questions that they ask the next second they asked you; and expect them to cancel on you whenever they want and tell you that they never confirmed your move. Hope this review help the management to be better at developing written contracts and avoid future lawsuits, and help customers to choose wisely. You pay for what you get.

I’ve moved with them on Jan 5th 2019! Had such a bad experience! 1) they came 30 mins late and took very long time to park their vehicle but they charge all the wasted mins to the customer. 2) they don’t have the proper tool for assembling furnitures and wasted 45 mins 3) they didn’t pack properly and lost some part of the furniture and wasted time to find them but they still charged those mins to customer 4) it’s very slow and unprofessional. Move couple of times before with same amount of stuff but it was less than 1.5 hrs but they took 3 hours! 5) they’ve broke the furniture but doesn’t compensate 6) bad attitude and bad service!! 7) Called to complain to the office but they refused to listen and didn’t pick up calls anymore

Lack of professionalism. Cussing while working. Broke furniture glass, took over a month to replace it after 3 calls. Came with wrong type and size glass... and on and on... not solved yet... bad.
