Cracked out 7eleven. Couldn't get inside because of the homless. Problem with the pump. Eater is filthy to clean windshield. Top if off the air pump isn't working. I had to paid for the air pump even though I put in 40 for gas but the pump took my change. They take advantage of the fact there isn't many options for gas

Cool location. The clerk was working two different windows/ e helping two ppl at once so she definitely the MVP. Good LA vibes in that area. Not sure about the food options but its a cool gas station overall.

I’m disgusted and highly disappointed with this place. I came in for gas (pump 7), prepaid and when reach the prepaid amount the nozzle leaked over my hand. I came inside to wash my hands in their employee sink (behind the pizza area) and placed my car keys on the sink top. I was distracted by attendant and left to my car…now realizing I don’t have my keys. I searched throughout their store. And the cashier and the owner said I didn’t come in with keys. Saying that over and over. I found my keys in the trashed (placed by the owner). She trying to act like it’s a language barrier and that she didn’t understand my keys were missing. Does this look like trash? And why deny it?

This 7-Eleven does a great job. 24 hour delivery available on the app usually within 20 minutes. Very happy with Mobile app.. I've also been to the store late night. Downtown Los Angeles can be dangerous and I was happy to see they have a competent security guard paying attention to everything that was going on and watching the door he let me in welcomed me and made sure I got to my car OK. It's the only thing in the area that's open this time of night downtown Los Angeles and they're doing a great job they also have guess it's expensive but everything in downtown Los Angeles is pretty much expensive

I say a prayer everytime I exit my vehicle when visiting this 7-Eleven and hope that I'm not robbed or assaulted by one of the many aggressive homeless people that practically live at this location. If it weren't for the fact that it's the only gas station for miles, I'd never visit this dump! Management does absolutely nothing to address the problem.Today, I saw the same guy that I've seen the past 5 times I've been here... stationed at the gas pumps, high out of his mind and harassing customers. I asked one of the cashiers... "Why do you allow these homeless people to harass your customers? I never feel safe coming here." She looked at me as if I were crazy and said nothing. Unbelievable! It's like they don't even care about the safety of their customers. I've previously witnessed someone being assaulted after refusing to give money to one of the aggressive homeless people there.Something needs to be done about this. No one should feel unsafe visiting the only gas station in the area.
