So I just left this place and they are scammers or just maybe cheapskates. The 7-Eleven app special is two slices of pizza and ANY size Big Gulp. The guy at the counter was refusing to give me an XL cup and was adamant that it was only a large cup for the deal.I started to argue with him as I've gone to multiple 7-Elevens and it's all the same deal. It wasn't until I pointed out a sign they had printed in their very own store that says ANY size, with no mention of it being a large. He begrudgingly then gave me my XL cup.I guess giving out large cups is cheaper. But you're scamming your customers.

I can’t believe it. They scammed my EBT card and stole all my benefits. When I paid with my card at the store, the guy acted very weird. He was giving me my shopping ticket and then take it back to observe it and then he gave it to me. I toldMy husband that the guy was suspicious and that we needed to change the pin and we did it but it was not a problem for them to access to my account and steal my food benefits. How sad that it is happening and that we can’t trust employees from stores .

We dropped in to pick up some sugar free Red Bulls while we were hanging out in Hollywood. While we were there we decided to get some mini tacos. The mini tacos were overcooked and dry. One of the tacos had no meat. 7-11 is not a taco restaurant so they are not expected to have the best tacos but they should all have meat. On the plus side, the sugar free Red Bulls were nice and cold.

Average 7-eleven that will generally meet your convenience store needs. It’s pretty busy so I’m sure the staff have a lot to juggle all at once and it shows a bit.

I'm transgender, and the staff at this place constantly misgenders me and some times outright ignore me when standing at the counter making me wait an excessive amount of time. I don't make a big deal out of it but if you are LGBTQIA+ I would shop somewhere else. There are a lot of options on the boulevard.

Not a big fan of this 7-eleven location. It's conveniently located on Hollywood Blvd, but there is very limited space inside and is often crowded. It's also got a very frustrating layout (due to the narrowness of the space), and especially when it's crowded it can be hard to get back into the store enough to find what you're looking for. They also seem to have a limited selection (probably again due to the space).Other than those things it's a standard 7-eleven.

The worker takes forever to mop at this 7/eleven. From 5a.m. to 6a.m. just don't go here even though it says open 24/7. Also the number listed doesn't work, so they should either update it or remove it

Worst service ever given. The guy was on the phone. Then hung up while I was waiting and looking at me he decided to make another phone call. He never said, just a moment or anything at all. So rude and careless. Avoid it if you can.

not only did they not honor a deal they have advertised in store. They refused to give me all my change. And then when I called them on it they tried to gaslight me. I live in the area I'm not a tourist and this is just a regular practice for them it seems. Don't come here they'll give you six dollar change on the $11 purchase when you hand them a $20

I just want to reach out to the owner of this store. I have been getting refills of ice and soft drinks along with food and other items at this location next to the school I attend usually 4 days a week for the last 3 weeks. No problems, and very friendly service. The gentleman that worked this morning on 4 November said they never do refills. He said they haven't allowed refills since covid. I can happily show a multitude of charges on my card to prove otherwise. I do remember many 7-11s stopping refills when covid started and almost always placing a "NO REFILLS" sign by the drinks so the customer knows this policy. I have been getting refills with no issues at other 7-11s all over Los Angeles. I politely asked if I could talk to the manager or owner and he said "they would not talk to me, not possible". I will be attending school here for 3-5 years and usually spend 4-12 dollars per visit. Can you at least verify your refill policy for me and your employees and I will be happy to come back to your store which is at a great location for my wife and I attending school next to it. If you do in fact have a policy against refills, that's okay, I can stop by one of probably twenty 7-elevens I pass by on my commute. It's an inconvenience to do that and I would rather give my business to this store that has been really friendly until today. Thank you
