It's 6:48 A.M. and HUNGRY for pizza but cashier won't open the store or sell us pizza through the window and I've been waiting 20 mins already but still closed and wouldn't open cashier inside just standing doing nothing so rude!

3555 temple street is the worst 7/11, they sale raw uncooked food or food that's not full cooked, Plus they double click the cash register so that you can't apply your rewards points. I'll be emailing corporate

This location is not open 24!hours. The night guy who was a extremely rude (graveyard shift) locks the door at 1:00am and announces that the store will not open until around 6:00am or 7:00am to come back then . Unbelievable! And he acts like he is being bothered because I'm there trying to spend my hard earned money...He even refuses to do any transactions through thestores overight window. I've reported this to the store manager over a month ago when it first started occuring but it's still happening.

I wanted to buy a coffee drink and sweets for the children. When I got to the checkout I asked the cashier to write off points from my account in the app. To make it easier to understand, I asked him to help me. He wrote off my points. But Said that my barcode application is not working.And nothing can help, I have to pay for the purchase. When I restored and submitted the barcode to pay for the purchase. There were no points in my account, When I asked the cashier, Where did the points go? He said he doesn't know, I need to call customer service. As a result, I was left without points on my account. No purchases, because he didn’t issue them for me.My account had 1,450 He didn't give them back to me. He did not restore the purchase and did not give me any receipt. They will disappear my account.And with deep disappointment about this place Because I have no interest in making additional calls to some organization and explaining to them. Why did the cashier write off the points but not pay for the purchase? I think this is intentional.Most likely, he could steal my points. I think so because this person didn’t even try to help me. He told me to leave and I wouldn’t get any purchases, and he didn’t know anything. This is an application problem, and I need to talk to the operators. This is a terrible relationship and communication with customers.

The person who charged me only wanted to give me one spoon and one napkin even though I spent over $10 on food! I purchased a gallon of ice cream among other things which I was sharing with someone else. I had to ask three times to get two spoons and more than one napkin! Is their profit margin that bad?!!!In addition to the above complaint the store is not open 24 hours of the day. I went by at 4am and the gentleman informed me they would be closed until 6:30am!!! It's very frustrating when this type of discrepancy occurs.

The manager is the most rude person I've ever seen, don't try to buy cookies they still not cooked, and if you pay card your refund is gonna be cash.

7/28/2023 613am one employee with no busy store floor. a face i didnt know was hoping this employee could be the savior that provided just for goodness sakes normal retail experience. they have him alone you would think he would not be ...well actually they clearly are hiring and pushing prejudicethis is literally problem...its why they have a ploy of acting like its new mgmt every few months....its not, same distasteful employees (it took weeks of abuse here to finally write a review. by the way except a lucky shift on weekends where they might actually have a outlier employee (full time clearly they deserve some well deserved weekend breaks...my sarcasm) like each and every time I simply want to come to my local 7/11 near my apt. to spend my hard earned money and good start to the day. this experience is not near as bad as many other experiences at this location but its what broke the camels back you can say.Imagine being a Veteran of the United States and heading to the gas station to get coffee but than notice 7/11 is open like it should be 24/7 the hours say...when you cross the street customer that you saw walked in got himself a coffee. I happen to be at the door as he is leaving and the employee tells me they are closed for another hour...I live nearby, happened to head to my apt when I see three individuals middle eastern like employee but clearly customers...the single employee lets them in, i walk back and now its okay for me because i just caught young employee being prejudice but it gets better...I get myself a coffee and there are one dollar stuffed cupcakes one per day signs all over the store. I get one for my daughter. At checkout, the employee rings me up for some 3.50 cupcake...I have the stuffed dollar one but clearly the employee wont admit he doesnt have the sku or barcode and so he says THIS DEAL JUST ENDED THIS MORNING...Sir, the signs are all over the place. He says they need to put them down...NOW HOME WITH MY DISAPPOINTED DAUGHTER, I GO TO 7/11 APP AND FIRST DEAL ADVERTISED UNTIL AUGUST 1ST IS THE DAMN STUFFED CUPCAKE MUFFIN.I HATE THIS AND SO USED TO THE ABUSE I ALWAYS PAY MORE THEY DONT FOLLOW ANY PROTOCOL AND JUST PUT NEW MGMT EVERY FEW MONTHS AS A PLOY3555 W. TEMPLE ST.LOS ANGELES CALIFORNIA ITS 6AM AND IM A REGULAR CUSTOMER BASICALLY IM A IRAQ WAR VET WHO SUFFERED FROM IED SHARPNAL WOUNDS AND HAVE DIFFICIULTY STILL WALKING.THIS IS A GUY I DONT SEE OFTEN BUT THAN AGAIN THIS WHOLE STORE IS JUST STARTING MY DAY WITH CAPITAL LETTER

Staff is nice here but the SLURPEE MACHINE is NEVER WORKING CORRECTLY. The slurpees are ALWAYS watery. & The fact that they make you pay for the cup before being able to pour your slurpee is sketch considering the machine is never producing SLUSHY SLURPEE’s

I'd like to give this place more stars but if you even think about coming here after dark don't bother. Homeless people screaming at the clerks through the glass, place has to hide the cups behind the register, if you pay cash they pay you in coins and other street money, absolutely filthy. employees are okay but there's nothing in this store worth the headache.

The rating was well earned. I walked (11:43pm 1/10/23) into store & no customers only 2 employees present, 1 mins later very rude asked for a product and all of a sudden they threw me out because I stole yesterday something?! Not once have I set foot there yesterday. DISHONEST Those two must check themselves before assuming with accusations, mistake of identity that's fine but they should be WRITTEN UP OR FIRED. Use to be good place not anymore.

Now this 7eleven is under new management. The employees are very friendly and helpful. Their customer service is awesome. I love their customer service. So much helpful and very good behavior. Their hot food, cookies, coffees everything is fresh and delicious. I loved it. Very nice job.

stay very very ver far away. theres a great 7 eleven on beverly nt too far frm here. this place absolutely sucks without a shout of a doubt. nasty. nothing works. nothing is stocked. roaches in everywhere. atm is down. transients. and cashiers like to overcharge.
