The presence of vendors in the parking lot of the 711 store located on Rosecrans and Vermont is a source of concern for me. Allowing vendors to set up in front of your store is becoming an issue with blocking sidewalks and leaving trash around. Despite the fact that they occupy the parkways or parking spaces, it's an eyesore. In comparison to other 711 stores located in more affluent neighborhoods, this store is not up to par. The recent addition of a clothing collection box is also questionable, given the potential for indiscriminate dumping in the surrounding areas, which could exacerbate the issue of homelessness.I previously reported (311 app) the presence of a discarded sofa in the parking lot, which unfortunately could not be removed by the city because someone set it to the side of the building.Regrettably, the situation has since worsened, with homeless individuals are now using it to gather around and drink alcohol in public (call the police don't allow this). I am puzzled as to why the owners or staff have not taken any action to remove the sofa and other debris from the area. As a community, we all have a role to play in ensuring that our neighborhoods remain safe and clean.Furthermore, I have observed that some of the staff members are not courteous to Latino customers, which is unacceptable in a diverse community. As such, it is imperative that all staff be trained to treat customers with respect and professionalism, regardless of their background or ethnicity. Finally, I would like to draw attention to the boarded-up windows that have been present for about a month. It is essential that the necessary repairs be made to the building to ensure that the store remains a safe and inviting place for customers.

I've been ordering their pizza for years despite others saying it's garbage, but I hadn't had a bad experience until now. 3 orders in the last 2 months, and all 3 have been burnt. Whoever is the new owner or whatever is happening in this location, needs to have a visit from CDHP.My most recent order of a large hot chocolate only came with half the cup full.

I do not trust the atm . So rude . I won't be able to come to this 7eleven anymore . Bad services and bad attitude.

So the Mexican clerk at this raggedy 711 just tried to steal $40 from me when I was trying to buy my items. He's lucky he didn't get his a** whooped. He needs to be fried immediately. Then after I asked him for my money back, after he's looking at me look for it, he tells me " I should be saying thank you" just because he gave the money he tried to steal for me. I will be back and he will not have a job there one way or the other.

Harassment and racist employment. They says stuff under their breath and follow people around. I have been here a couple of times and the woman (older lady) and a man were telling eachother to follow people around. They are both really rude and when I hit the wrong pin once she asked me if I was on drugs. Like that mistake never happens! Avoid this location at all cost!!! I have never experienced such a hateful place. I don't know who hired them but wow! You need to do better!

The cashiers were rude as heck, being disrespectful. The man and the lady that work there was saying that a person was dropping things on person when it was an accident, they popped a bottle by mistake and blamed them for doing it purposely, now if it was on purpose the person wouldn't have told the cashier about it and left it alone

A favorite spot unless the beggars are out asking for spare change. I tell them to look for a "spare" job.

this 7-11 is the worst! i was intentionally ignored when trying to make a purchase. i commented that it was extremely rude and very unprofessional for him to choose to talk on the phone when i was next to be helped. he then approached me and said, "i don't like you" and if you don't like me why don't you just go somewhere else "! he continued his rant and kept saying, "you can go somewhere else,, why are you coming in here? after handing him a $20 bill for my drink. the lid on the drink kept popping up around the warped cup i was given. he said you need to get that up and wouldn't give me my change until i got up the small spill . he was so angry that i wasn't going to let him deter me. he then said get out and threw my money at me and demanded i put the drink down and leave. this is the worst 7-11 and the guy is a racist as well as the security guy is a misogynist. the security has also harassed my sister when she came in! this is the worst 7-11. please don't patronize this business
