Excellent coffee! Good location with a lot of room for parking. Easy to get in and out if you're driving.

Excellent customer service; the workers were friendly and clarified my concern about their Slurpee. My kids love their variety.

Always convenient to have a 24 hour store on my late night walks..... for a pack of smokes, a soda, or even something sweet!? And now with beautiful music blasting throughout the parking lot!!!

Some Asian lady that works there argues with a customer about condiments which is stingy & stupid. We all know that you need ketchup with hot dogs & burgers as well as onions, hot sauce or pico de gallo this woman grabbed the spoon from the customer & didn’t let him put anything on his mini tacos

As soon as I drove up, I could tell this was a low-rent 7-11. Dirty storefront. Homeless dude asking for change. Door handles looked like they haven't been cleaned in ages. Grimy smudges on the glass. I walked in, decided this was not the place I want to get my coffee and exited without touching anything. Avoid this place at all costs!

It has gotten better in the past year. It used to be a solid 1-star but has improved both cleanliness and overall quality. There are still times where there are panhandlers outside but this has been significantly reduced.Work on cleaning the facade and outside the store and it will get a lot better.

The bad reviews are without a doubt all true. I witnessed the evil emanating from this place with my own eyes. Drawn in by the $1 any size iced coffee promo sign in the window (also offered by other 7-11's in the western part of L.A. currently), my first experience was having to walk by a vagrant woman, fully schizophrenic and talking to herself with a blanket completely covering her head. Other posts mention the out-of-control homeless situation on this property. Why doesn't the owner/corporate do something? Why are 7-11's always magnets for this? Anyway, I get my iced coffee and bring it to the register, where I'm promptly rung up at $1.99. I ask the Indian-accent clerk why $1.99 when sign says $1. He said something to suggest that this wasn't an ICED coffee. So I remove the lid on the extra large plastic cup and with my fingers remove a number of ice cubes, show them to him, and put them in my mouth to chew on the ice. He holds his ground, I guess suggesting that I had mostly hot coffee and just a few ice cubes (I put in 1/2 ice). So, I tell the j*** I don't want it at all. He handles the sweating cup with evident disgust, setting it aside to be discarded. You lose, s****** tried to get twice the price and instead get zero and another bad Yelp review to add to the heap already there. Little wonder. A hell of a way to run a business. Note that there are a number of past reviews mentioning overcharging, issues about giving customers a hard time with "free coffee" days, etc. This type of business practice might work in Punjab or Gujarat State or Uttar Pradesh, but it won't make it in West Los Angeles. National corporate should investigate this particular store.

Coffee machine always empty, food selection isn't as good as others in the area. Whenever you want to redeem lotto, the machine is broken. If you want to buy tickets, magically it's working that day. Maybe 1/10 times the machine "works" when I want to cash a ticket.
