Great location on Sunset however I've been here three times now and I had to go somewhere else because there's absolutely nowhere to park and I'm not going to park on the street there's too many homeless tents. Operators of the stores take up over 50% of the space

The lady who is attending to the public today, Saturday, December 30, 2023, ignored me because I only speak Spanish. I hope the administrators of 7 see this and take action on the matter. I found the action of this person who is attending offensive to me. Today that headquarters...

Garbage spot. Idiots that “work” here are a joke no matter what time. This fat rude Mexican @ night has the worst attitude and zero brain cells. He’s a tough guy until you tell him to come outside then he hides behind his 4 ft friend. Day shift isn’t so much better. There’s a lobotomized bald guy that doesn’t understand he’s in customer service and needs to service customers. It’s a hilarious ironic nightmare land.

They have things stocked and mislabeled wrong. When I asked her if she can honor the price she was very rude.

Incompetent cashier— no knowledge of customer service or product. And she wasn’t even the reason I’m leaving 1-star. The dude (normally I’d say gentleman, but that term does not even come close to applying to this individual) who was stocking the freezer was a complete d-bag; I wanted to purchase a couple bags of ice and was confused when I couldn’t open the door to get the ice from the shelf. Looking around, I noticed the door to the freezers was wide open and that an associate was stocking product (in clear view the entrance to the freezer— maybe 2 feet from the entry doorway). I simply stood right outside the entrance to the freezer and said excuse me, with no forward motion of any kind, I was clearly stationary. He immediately glared at me and yelled, DO NOT COME IN HERE! About 4 times in succession. I stood there, again no movement whatsoever, and when he was finally done, I stated that all I wanted was as help getting ice and I had no intention of entering the freezer. He then barked to go ask the girl up front. Apparently this customer-service is the owner’s nephew— nepotism at it’s finest. Familial relation should not supersede basic human decency. Never again, this location is a nightmare.

Scam. I paid $20 for lotto earlier and just checked my lotto ticket, it shows $10. I should’ve checked upon receiving but I was in a rush. They also don’t offer receipt either. I recall a woman before me as I was browsing, she asked why she was paying extra. I should’ve took it as a red flag ?

Forget this place. I've been patronizing this store for about 20 years. I've had mostly good experiences but also enough lousy ones to finally decide "Nope. Not going there anymore." I went in there at dinner hour and they had music playing REALLY LOUD. Too loud for a convenience store. I can't hear what the clerk is saying. I honestly start hassling him about the volume. The other clerk, rolls his eyes, says I always have a problem. (Yeah I do, fat boy, and it's alway when you're on the shift. Because you obviously don't give a damn about your customers. I pay for my burritos and go back to my office, where I discover that both of them are past their expiration date. Yes, that's partially on me for not check but it's mostly on this store, which just lost a customer. **** *** 7-11 at 6660 Sunset Blvd.
