Hi everyone, I used to go to this 7-eleven every day this morning, the employee named Linda forbade me from coming to this store, she treats customers very badly all the time in a bad mood, she thinks she's the owner and she's nothing more than a cat, they should fire her it's very racist. The ladies in the morning are very good don't go in the morning if you're going to go make sure it's after 2:00 after 2:00 they're fabulous there My overall experience in the morning has been zero and the daytime I give him a 10

Rude lady at checkout counter. I was trying to look behind the counter to see if they had the product I wanted and I guess she thought I was trying to cut the line and said "EXCUSE ME" In a very rude way with a very ratchet face expression like if I don't see the people infront of me. I said nothing since I was next in line anyways. Now it's my turn and what do you know they don't have fontos leaf what I was looking for. Every 7/11 has fontos but they didn't and if she would have just minded her business like I was minding mine I would have been able to see with my own eyes that they didn't have fontos so I wouldn't have had to waste my time in line or hers asking if they have something that they clearly seemed not to have. The 7/11 3 mins down street had a male employee at the counter Arabic kid I think, he was non chelant nice and they had fontos a whole s*** load of em. It's not my fault she don't like her job. She was Mexican I think but not the good looking kind cause I love Mexicans but she wasn't it. Not even trying come at how she looks but damn why you so angry women. Get people with better customer service, and keep products that are in every 7/11 in stock you guys are wasting peoples time.

Dude I just we t in and the guy with the hat thicker Hispanic guy is sooooo rude! We went the other night and he didn't want to cash scratchers, this time he asked a question yet claimed he was on the phone. I'm sorry 1- you shouldn't be on the phone while at work 2- especially if your new. Have customer service your job isn't hard. I wanted to get out of there so bad that I left the .60 cents he was gonna give back and as I walked out he screamed at the top of his lungs. Scary for customers and horrible service. To the owners, the Indian guys are the best ones you got and the lively Latina ladies. Get rid of this horrible employee

I don't believe me up here with my system is fully operational and I keep telling them I must be in The matrix because it's telling me that this store it belongs to me cuz I really don't say it in our system and I'm like what it says no mind so I just go in there and I still pay for my stuff and I kind of struggle through it into a said in a system because my sister tells me So the store to operate the way you need to operate so you know hopefully soon they'll get there they'll get their updates and they'll see that I'm the one that's operating the the computer software that's making their store go the way it needs to go and hopefully they they appreciate getting their check sometime

This review is for you for the lady cashier who seemed to be a little confused during my transaction. I stopped by this morning to buy lottery tickets for a work pool. A older gentleman supposed to help me and and the lady cashier came and help me instead. I handed the lady $40 ($20x2). I told her I'm buying $36 worth of tickets + $2 on its own total of $38, then I told her I'll be buying the Cheetos $1.99. The lady gave me shorted me on my purchase. Well I guess it's my good deed for the day $4.

This location has been exceptional until this morning, they served a woman not wearing a mask. With the rise of Covid-19 cases and the Variant, it's disconcerting to me that they would ignore the Los Angeles Public Health guidelines.
