I bought headphones for $11.99 .I gave a $20.00 and with tax the total is $13.13 .I was supposed to be given $6.87. I asked for a $5 lotto and he gave me my lotto and $1.I waited to see if he would give me the correct change and he just stood there. I was told by someone outside they do that often Although it might only be $0.87 imagine how many people they do this too. Especially elderly or the easily distracted.BEWARE!

Don’t bother coming here, very messy and if you ask the cashier for something they ignore you because their on a personal call.I came in and ask if they do cash back, he told me yes, but I would have to make a purchase, so I did and it was only after he charged me that he told me after a certain time I couldn’t do cash back.If I had known that I could have went to any other 7/11 in Hollywood and not had this problem, but I wasted my time here so please don’t waste yours.

DISCLAIMER: anything in all caps is very important to read.TOO LONG; DIDN'T READBlack woman- harasses customers & employees.Mixed big guy- laughs with his coworkers bad behavior.Guy wearing the turban "manager"- Seems to be intoxicated; drunk and virtue signals hatred towards trans & queer people + racially profiles.I've been coming to this 7/11 for over 6 months about once or twice a week and like any store I expect the best service that it can offer based on their reviews in which this store has a 3/5. It should have a new staff or they should all develop soft skills to not be so insensitive to their customers humanity. I honestly don't think they like black people or lgbt people especially when they show traits of blackness or are visibly trans or queer. To the 5 star rater that says "If she spoke up to anyone, they were out of line." you are couldn't be further from the truth. "Jumping over a counter" or "singing out loud" is in no way a good description of a worker. I've seen this same worker harass & cuss out someone demanding they throw trash bags away while they were throwing trash bags away. It was so many trash bags that she got tired of yelling & decided to go back inside to help me at the register then go back outside & cuss out this poor individual. She kept doing this for like 5-10 minutes; she would help a customer then go back outside & scream foul language at this person. Jumping over counters, singing loudly and cussing people out should get her fired or retrained under new management because the management is perverted enough to allow her to do this in the first place. I'll explain below. The stories of racial profiling & overall discrimination is very true. The manager only seems to be out of the back room & talking to customers when they're intoxicated. Whenever he did give me service it was filled with spectacle + overdramatic volume & tone that only made me feel alert which boiled my blood every time. Very frustrating experience. The "manager's" aggressive tone is lost when speaking to non black people, especially white people. He clearly perceives blackness as a bad unhealthy stereotype. Anti lgbt behavior from the manager & mixed tall big guy with glasses ~The few times where the "manager" gendered me they did so incorrectly. I'd respond in a calm & concerning manner "ma'am please" or "I go by ma'am not sir" to hopefully get them to understand that my title is ma'am or Ms. & I kid you not everytime the "manager" would yell "..ma'am!" after every sentence they said to me all while looking at other customers to virtue signal his belief that I was to be embarrassed by his theatrical behavior that is only there to cover up how rude & aggressive he is like most drunk people. A normal response would be "im sorry, maam" or "ok, ma'am" or "understood" and then that's it; no spectacle needed. WARNING: If you are transgender, especially Visibly transgender, the man in the turban will most likely misgender you & make a spectacle out of you once you correct them. His coworkers would laugh & make this place emotionally & physically unsafe for me as I've been catcalled immediately afterwards by someone who overheard me correcting the "manager".Overall, this place earns 1 out of 5 stars solely because the shelves are stocked. Until there are changes made to this establishment I will not be coming back here for safety & precautious reasons. There are four 7/11 stores within a mile from this place that are all better than this one & I suggest it to anyone who doesn't see jumping over a counter, racial discrimination, or harassing customers & employees as a 5 star rating.

I've been to some bad corner stores but this place really grinded my gears. I'm in the customer service industry and work at a corner store myself. So I'm very patient. But I walked 15 minutes to the store specifically cuz I had two ways/services to deposit money on two different cards. One being chime and one being cash app. One had a barcode that's generated by the cash app and one with a "vanilla reload". Neither of which she knew how to do. Didn't really try to investigate a solution or anything when it came to the barcode not scanning. Then when I pull up chime it says to use vanilla reload. I tell her both these things and it's as of I'm bugging her that she just raises her hands. Mind you I frequent this store and know she has probably fearing the managers that run that place (,See below for further details on the "nasty bros" management team). A bit upset but I'm still patient (also seven eleven better not do anything to get cause she should be trained better. Safe was very courteous during the whole ordeal and if one of the nicest employees there) so I purchased my iced coffee vanilla, Which I should have known this store is going to be out of it cuz they never have it. Not only that I stopped eating here because every time I come here is nasty the pizza is crusted hard and they try to give you two like they're doing you a favor. I am never going to 7-Eleven again the worst experience ever I rather eat out of the garbage can. Also that particular management team needs to come up with a better training system. The store manager is always very very very very very very very very very rude and disrespectful to 90% of the customers even if you're super nice to him. I hate this place I hope it burns down
