I ordered a pair of the erns from the website on December 1 when they went on sale and waited and waited. I finally called on December 11 and got a real person on the line who said oh yeah that order will be cancelled because the shoes are out of stock. Did they think about sending an email to let me know? NO, but I got marketing emails from them every day since my order. Still haven't heard anything directly from 7 but I see today that my paypal transaction has been cancelled. This is close to the worst customer service I've experienced!!
