Sunday, 09/10 at 11:47am, Pump 7. WARNING: Do not purchase gas here. Bought gas from them and pump didn't work. Prepaid.Requested refund and clerk was rude and refused to give me the money back. Seems like they have a history of scamming people after reading other reviews. BEWARE

Had a Flat tire and Rafik's place is the best in town to get your tire plugged for a decent amount. Staff was very helpful!

I had a wild day. I drive a tesla but had to pull into this gas station because my battery was so low I wasn't going to make it anywhere else. The owner was so generous and let me charge until I had enough juice to make it to a supercharger. Had he not let me, I would have been stranded and needed to be towed. Business is nothing without people and this 76 has the right people. ✅️

Most of the other gas stations in the area (expensive as they are) are below $6.00 but yet for some reason, whoever owns this place in their finite wisdom has decided to keep the prices above 6 bucks. Only get gas from here if you're about to run out. Other wise, go to the 76 on Glendale Boulevard down the way a bit, gas is below 5 dollars there. Only good thing about this place is the Smog Check place next to it.

We were not happy with the work done on our car and the mechanic was rude, aggressive and used racist insults. Totally unacceptable in any situation - we are appalled and would never go back. The owner was nice but protected her worker, not admitting to any wrong doing on their part. Very disappointing and a very expensive mistake.

The tire pressure light came on as we drive to Trader Joe's. Yup, the driver rear was flat so I decided to drive over to 76 to get air. Luckily, the mechanic was adding air to another car and jumped into looking at my problem. He checked my tire and discovered this 1.5" screw stuck in my tire. It was in the center, not tire wall, so could be repaired. After pulling out the screw, he plugged the hole and added air. The tire is just like it was before the damage.P.s. It was 90F outside and I was with my little guy, so the efficiently and can-do attitude was extra appreciated! TJs, here we come!P.P.S we need these local, service-focused stores. Today proved that a few extra bucks is worth it because these stores are here when we need them.

Left my car to be serviced. After not hearing anything after three and a half days I called in. Ernst hadn't even looked at it. I went and picked it up. Wow.

My AC broke and I came here and the boy Ernest really took care of me. I got quotes for a few parts that had to be repaired and later he called back to tell me that it was actually just a wire issue and would be a lot cheaper. I was really grateful for his honesty because I have never walked away from a car repair shop without feeling like maybe I got scammed. Ernest is the homie! service was quick and everyone was really nice.

So very thankful for the friendly and high quality service I received from Ernie at Rafik's 76 auto repair today. My brakes were repaired and I can feel safe driving again. When your car is in need of repair it's so stressful but the kind attitude and reassurance that my car would be safe again made a world of difference to me. Looking forward to getting the rest of my repairs completed here.

Great full service station. They have a mechanic on duty. They'll fill your tires on request.

I happened upon this gas station in between one of my work shifts. We stopped to fill up and I ducked into use the restroom. The sign on the restroom said it was out of service. Disappointed, I went back and voice to my coworker the need to use it and the difficulty of finding one open. The owner happened to overhear my flight and made a personal approval to be able to use the employee restroom. Such little gestures make a huge difference in which should be an everyday mundane pit stop. The kindness and gesture of humanity will not be forgotten and anyone in the area should make extra effort to patronize this establishment.

I went to Rafik's today at 10am and asked if they had an opening for the day to perform an oil change. The mechanic told me to come in at 1:00pm and he'd perform the oil change. So far, so good. I go back at 1:00 and there's no one in the garage. I wait 5 minutes then I yelled to ask if anyone was there. I hear a voice from the back saying "what?!" The SAME guy who told me to come in at 1:00pm walks out. I say I'm here for my 1:00 o'clock oil change. He says "Oh, I'm on lunch right now." I declined and told this guy that if he didn't have time in the schedule he shouldn't have told me to come back today. This man turned his back, said "whatever" and walked away. This is wildly unprofessional. I came to this place once before and the service was fine. The guy today was too busy on the phone to help me today. He also seemed to have a memory issue, and slurred his words. The owner of this gas station should look into who he has working for him. I'll avoid this place like the plague until something is done.
