When walked in and asked a question at the register,lady playing on her phone didnt even acknowledge my existence, when I spoke up and said HELLOOO she yelled that she is not working. She was the only person inside. I guess no one is working at that station.

Today I came across a problem when I was washing my truck when I put 5 wash tokens into the machine and they didn’t work due to coins being stuck in the machine I went and asked the rocket employee and she told me everything was good and that she hadn’t gotten any complaints from any of the bays I told her if she can help me and she told me no and only offered me a dollar back with an attitude and just being rude I am a regular here and I don’t know why this person is still working there knowing how many reviews there is on her she needs to be placed somewhere else or removed from the store I don’t care if she remembers me from this review it’s not cool I’ve gone here for the last 14 years that I’ve lived in the neighborhood and haven’t ever had a problem except with her big shoutout to the guy I circled in blue he’s a neighborhood friend and really represents rocket the correct way he offered me help and got the bay up and running right away coming into his shift hope this review reaches rockets team and gets taken care of

5 stars are less for me. I’ll want to put more stars in this place not just that but the lady is really sweet and hard worker and the place is really clean. I recommend this place! I’ll definitely go back!

This gas station is conveniently located for me and has a rewards program. However, I’m seriously considering not returning.
The problem with this gas station is its attendants. Just about every time I have come they are busy doing something. The problem with that is that they make you wait until they finish their task and honestly they are not very friendly most of the time. I believe that it’s possibly not them. It’s very possible that management overworks them and emphasizes getting as many tasks done as possible to show they’re working. Whatever the case may be it is rude and bad customer service to make a customer wait like this.
If things don’t get better I’m going elsewhere rewards or not. I recommend going elsewhere or at least observe whether they make you wait too.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from this company. The staff lacks basic communication skills, and instead of listening to customers' concerns, they become defensive and start yelling.
The biggest issue is that they charge upfront fees but fail to deliver on their promises. It's unacceptable to prioritize making a sale over providing quality service.
The customer service is not only unhelpful but also aggressive. They don't make an effort to understand the customer's perspective, and instead, they push their own agenda.
Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone due to their poor communication, aggressive customer service, and failure to deliver on their promises

DISGUSTING! This has for a long time been my local place to wash the car. Usually I go in and grab a snack afterwards but this all ends today. Went in and was grabbing a chicken sandwich. Took a bite and when about to take bite two I noticed the strange taste, I look down and see green and blue. Whole thing was moldy. My guess is the rest of their “fresh” food is the same

Update 9/21:DO NOT use your credit card here for the car wash. It took my money, the machine wouldn’t work…the rude attendant said it would refund in 24 hrs. It didn’t. It charged my card for no service. I’m currently disputing it with the bank. This place needs to be shut down.DO NOT use your credit card at the car wash…it will take $10 and not turn on. If you then proceed to show the employee the charge to your account he will say “it won’t charge.” Even though it charged. I’ve disputed the charge with my bank and will be reporting this location because they are stealing money off of cards. He should have just turned the machine on for me once I showed the charge OR given me a refund. This place is not a legit place of business. I would pay cash only here if I was desperate.

The manager is rude. Her name is “Maria” was asking her how does the Kickback work because I wanted to pay at the pump…but she ignored me and told me just to scan it in there. Also she wouldn’t look to see what pump number my cars at. She was also rude to customers behind me as well. She has fake blonde hair, short and chubby older lady. (Got the pic from another bad review about her-same lady that I’m talking about)

That red headed chick who works here is a lousy cashier not only does she often smell like weed but she's horrible at giving change (& she's slow to give back change), I was informed by another customer she's a new "assistant manger" here? I guess rocket is hiring any random drugged out teen now. DO BETTER. I will no longer be coming here to purchase anything as I have minor children who can smell her.

Conveniently located on the corner of Marathon St. and N. Western Ave with a self-service carwash, vacuums and an air pump available. Expect heavy traffic and delays during peak hours throughout the week. The carwash and fuel are both reasonably priced, carwash accepts bills, cards or tokens from the exchanger on the wall facing the gas pumps and will not take coins. The fuel pump space and the store itself is rather small so parking spaces aren't available. They have a public restroom which is on the side of store, ask the cashier for the key. Overall, 4 stars! I recommend this location.
