I just wanted to report that today 12/3/24 at around 9:45am I went into your store and bought water and put gas I was attended by a rude female cashier after saying hello like twice while she was on her phone not even acknowledging me I went thought with my purchase and after that I went to my car I noticed I needed air on one of my tires, I went back into the store to ask if she can turn the air on she said not I needed a receipt or needed purchase something. I’m guessing she didn’t even pay attention that I had just bought something. She refused to turn on the machine after I asked again so I walked out frustrated. I ended up leaving with a flat tire and almost crashed. I think it’s very messed up and I would like to complain about this. I live down the street and I always put gas here. And this was a very bad experience for me and my kid. In very upset . And wanted to give some feed back of the people you guys have running these stores . Very unprofessional and she also put me at risk to having an accident. So I’m guessing gas stations are not a safe space to make sure your car is fine to drive and be safe.

Younger gentlemen refused to give his name when asked to identify hinself si I can make s formal complaint because he said it would take 10 nun to get by cell phone on in a dire need so u can put gas and pay for a charger asked hon if I could leave by phone that was actually working it doesn’t have my card information on it. That’s what I’m trying to do as this moment was to transfer my information from my card to this other line and I needed to get my phone on so that I could transfer the code and he absolutely was rude and told me that he could not do it even though I was willing to leave a $1200 phone in his possession and my phone would come on so that I could pay for the merchandise and I can get my gas he did not want help whatsoever at all, and he didn’t even charge the phone whatsoever as it was when it was With him over 10 minutes phone did not come on at all because he never even charged it. Just wasting my time. Shame on you youngster learn better customer service and stop being a racist. Just because I’m Caucasian.

Remarkable customer service. I was on a rush, on 10/11 I got service on this station but unfortunately I couldn't get the cashiers name. But she was extremely nice and professional , I was impressed. She did a excellent job, offering discounts, offers, bonuses. Idk her name, but I share my receipt so the owner can give her a promotion, or at least , congrat her for her absolutely wonderful job. Very pleased and making this station my favorite on the area.

My Prius gas-remaining-mileage display went from 5-6miles remaining to ZERO (0)miles remaining in an instant; thankfully this 76 has station showed up as my Prius was running on what little electric reserves it had left which is ironically almost NOTHING in a Hybrid Prius ... I recall having to call AAA to get me gas for my stalled Prius once under false believe that my Hybrid Prius could run at least a few miles on electric alone after gas runs out... WRONG!!!
