Such a relief to find this place. I got an honest and quick solution to my 2017 laptop that had some water damage, where anywhere else I was told just to buy a new one. I absolutely recommend this place!!!

Stopped in today with a couple ofmy mini laptops. One needed a new power charger...and the other one called for a usb back up/reinstall. They had a new charger at a reasonable price and the other one was fixed the minute Art touched it. Kissed by an angel you could say. Thank you. You're #1 to me.

A1A saved my computer from the landfill. I have an older MacBook Pro. Apple refused to service it when my battery went bad -- because it's 8 years old -- and told me to buy one of their new models (2K+ USD)...So I found A1A. They replaced my battery quickly and my computer can probably be used for another 3 years. Great place, thanks A1A!

This place is awesome. I needed a small tiny screw for my SSD installation and they were kind enough to let me look through their collection of many screws! I was unable to find the screw I needed however it was really nice that they were so generous. I went back again when I needed 5 screws to install a laptop battery and this time they went to the back and found the 5 screws that fit perfectly! I left a $5 tip and this review to share my awesome experience with these kind people.

Been needing a laptop battery for about a year for an older MacBook Pro and Art and his team were able to swap the battery for a new one in less than 2 hours. Beyond thrilled with the service and will go back for any future out of warranty needs.

A1A was recommended to me as the only place that would have the ability to look at a 2012 laptop in 2023. I'm glad I went to A1A because they restored everything from my 2012 laptop and put it on the new one. Even my bookmarked websites and downloads were intact. The price was a bit below what I was anticipating, and worth every penny. I'm so grateful.

These guys neatly and efficiently fixed my Lenovo Yoga's broken charging port. Total service took about a week, but that was because they had just ran out of their last replacement part for my laptop. If I had found these guys earlier, my laptop would have been repaired in probably a day! Pretty amazing. I chatted with them twice, once about my laptop, and another time for potential hardware problems with my touchpad. They were kind enough to help me investigate the issue (after hours of trying it out on my own). They're knowledgeable, savvy, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommend them!

Art and the crew at A1A are great!..they fixed my old Mac, and got me back up and designing again! They are easy to deal with, w/ great communication. I hope I don't have go back there anytime soon, but if my Mac decides to have another stroke, I'll be sure to bring her back to A1A...

Just want to leave out a review even if we did not get the our 2020 imac fixed, I appreciate Art for being quick to let me know updates and his expertise towards the imac being shot, unfortunately. He answered my questions and inquiries and gave his honest opinion on it. The diagnostic fee was fair i would say, and should I have issues with our apple devices, I would be going back here.

I will never again go anywhere near A1A Computing for any type of service. The worst experience I ever had dealing with computer issues and people that will say anything to make a buck. Unprofessional, nasty, and worse they don't know what they are doing. My MacBook Pro was returned with my operating system completely missing, gone! After several wrong diagnostics A1A ruined my computer. Honestly Los Angeles has many other computer repair services so no need to get scammed. I didn't know anything about this lousy so-called computer service if not for Melrose Computing recommendation I would have never contacted a group of computer killers. In the end I received a partial refund, as well as a totally unusable MacBook Pro. Stay the hell away from A1A Computing save yourself a nightmare they are the worst!

A1A is awesome! I have a 2015 Macbook Pro that had severe battery swelling, the top case was all bent out of shape and the keyboard had stopped working. As I'm sure everyone is aware, Apple will not fix their product, they will just try to up sell you on their next product. Art took a look, said he may have the parts in house already and if not it would only be 2-4 days to get the fix turned around. I got the computer back in under 24 hours and it feels brand new! What Apple quoted me was easily cut in half by A1A and in record time, no less. Can't recommend these guys enough!
