Very nice staff members there and I always receive good, fast and thorough customer service here. It's an excellent alternative to the loud, crowded and horribly-staffed DMV.I was in and out in less than 20 minutes!

After 34 yrs you would think you would receive some consideration. I've been going thru it with AAA for a year, really. Most recently I was forced to buy a battery after the one previously installed by AAA contractor (a yr ago, was the wrong battery. Now after seeking reimbursement for the battery I bought - crickets. Isn't it supposed to be the customers you keep!

I was sold an insurance policy under false pretenses. When brought to the supervisors attention, they refused to honor the promise the agent used to close the deal!! Horrible customer service!!!!! I don't recommend unless clear communication to details are made.

Came in around 11:40am and the lobby was packed. There were so many employees and only 1 person was called within 20 mins. The rest of the employees had no one. Horrible service.

Canceling my membership which I've been with for 29 years now and also canceling my insurance with them even though this experience has nothing to do with insurance but there's no way I'm ever doing any type of business with AAA... On any level ever again in my life unbelievable what I just dealt with... Waiting for a tow truck for 6 hours and still no tow truck showed up even though I received over 20 text messages and spoke to five different "supervisors". And still no tow truck .. mind you I'm located on a very very busy street in Beverly hills not like I'm in some rural area this is unacceptable unbelievable I'm in shock on how bad and how much a piece of shi* this company is ...

I paid my car registration, got my 22 tags handed to me and paper work, took less than 5 minutes !!! Plus I'd like to say ,the people here are always friendly and helpful, they seem like they like their job!!! It's a totally different experience from the D.M.V.....

Went to register my car. It had been on non op since last year. Lady told me it was 396 to register! Went to the one on Figueroa and it was 133! Don't know what's going on but I'm not going back there anymore.

I have been a very good customer of aaa insurance both home and car . The car insurance is ok, but got a flood due to the rain and they won't cover anything. I have been with them for like 10 years this is the only time I needed help and they won't cover anything . I think I'll go with all state now. I would have gave them 0 stars but you have to give them one

Today: December 20, 2020 I received two very interesting phone calls. One was from Sara Richter, the insurance adjuster of whom I have not heard from since back in November when I was going to AAA twice a week begging them to do the right thing for the impact of their negligence was financially overwhelming me. This was back when they threatened to fire the/my insurance agent that signed me up with my policy. (After they threatened him with his job security, he's been MIA, banned from communicating with me (his client) and this is my insurance agent. (THIS IS THE: insurance company I pay monthly to protect my best interest while on the road?) Anyway, she (Sara) says she's going to pay the $9,000 storage fees that have amassed on my wrecked car sitting at LA Auto Center; (the auto shop that their cohort LA Tow took me to). So now this insurance adjuster who has not did her fiduciary duties of, neither at a bare minimum, going in person to assess the damage done to my car, purportedly is going to "pay" some third party individual $9,000 at my expense......but nevertheless as a paying customer I'm left in the cold without having my car repaired? (Please re-read) She (Sara) says they are still investigating my case. This (nearly 45 days later)? A month and a half later? SHE: certainly didn't do her job in the beginning. BUT: now six weeks later, a number of Yelp reviews and now an investigation is on going? I told her (Sara) to leave it (my car) there at (LA Auto Center) since they wanted it so bad and conspired to bully me for it. It's theirs. Its serves as evidence of the laws and codes they have and are violating. Sara's boss and claims manager Dewitt Roberts, of whom has upheld her in her wrong, I have found him to be a huge instigator and antagonist. Very much a tyrant, he so emotionally stirred me from his supposed untouchable station via phone, that his arrogant provocation is actually what inspired me to read into the books for the right of the situation, for I knew they were wrong on so many levels..... .....and right there on Google.... Insurance Code 758.5 Violation... ....so thus far they are not attempting to accommodate or do right by me. Instead they are trying to separate themselves from LA Auto Center and the evidence of their collusion my car represents..... .....instead of simply apologizing, firing the necessary culprits and bad apples, and restoring my good faith in them as a competent company and insurance provider.....they rather insult my intelligence. This is why they must be held accountable. Prior to my writing Yelp reviews and shining light on the injustice, (I call it injustice for I really don't want to use the word scam, although scam I have been.) I was literally pleading for my own car. Now that the spot light of Yelp is shining on their underhanded behavior, they want to throw the car to me. I say....... No, that's your car. See on all levels, I tried to keep this in-house so as not to have to go through all of this. I just wanted my car fixed.I wrote to Sara but there is something of an arrogance that persist in the minds of those that are accustomed to getting away with doing wrong. The lesson for them to learn as a collusion of companies is, you can only wrong people for so long.

I've been attempting to get reimbursed for a service that took 12 hours and was ultimately towed by a non-AAA company. The person responsible hasn't called me back and everyone else just passes the buck. I'm one-staring all of the local offices for that reason...

I contacted AAA Yesterday at 2:18am I needed roadside assistance, my battery was not working and I couldn't Start my car so I contacted AAA. I was advice that I would have someone come to me in one hour. I contacted AAA an hour after as no one came nor did I hear back regarding a status, I was told that they would check on status and call me back I never heard back or nor did I receive a call for an update on AAA service's. 1 1/2 passed by and i called again and again was told I they would check on status and again never heard back, called 6 more times with no success. Two hrs passed by and finally a person told me that I would get help 1/2 after my last call but i had to call as I never heard back from AAA. I received a text from AAA with a message telling I would get help at 5 am. I was by myself in a parking structure with no assistance from AAA or call back or status of my service request.. Never had I receive such poor service from AAA like i did this past weekend .. I called a friend to help me and cancelled my request to AAA. Sadly I don't know if I can actually depend on a company that is made to help and assist their customers.. very disappointing in your service ..Your services don't deserve one star but I had to give it to your for me to post this review..
