Brought jeans back to return, and the employee mentioned that they accept no tag returns based on which manager is on duty.The manager today decided she didn’t want to accept my brand new jeans return, that I had a receipt for!She pointed me to the return policy which said nothing about tags being on returns.The manager was rude!

The worst customer service. I came here to return 6 items. The employee (who was very slow to all the customers, moved in a very sloppy manner) scanned 5 of them and refunded 5. I checked the receipt and one item was missing. She had taken all the items and sloppily put them in the bins behind her in no particular order. I waited on the side and asked her to double check, because I know I brought the item and I wasn’t refunded for it. She checked one bin and said it’s not there so I probably didn’t bring it. I walk around the entire mall retracing my steps and asking stores if I somehow left an Abercrombie dress there. I eventually go back to Abercrombie, ask her politely to please check again (I added a bunch of sorries) and she said I need to line up again. I line up for 20 minutes as she takes her sweet time serving ONE customer before me.I ask them to check the bins again, and they find the dress. They had taken it back but not scanned or refunded me. They fixed the error but there was no apology. They wasted 45 minutes of my time walking around the mall and lining up again, and there was zero acknowledgement of their error.I don’t know how your employees are trained, but this is beyond horrible.

Every time I come into this store customer service is HORRIBLE. I can’t ever find any one to help. And the cashiers are the worst. The store is tinyyyy. They don’t carry what you see online. They stand around with a long line and they are not nice at all. Oh yes I came in today to remove a security tag from an employee not taking it off 3 months ago.

Upon arriving I wasn’t greeted or helped by anyone until Maxwell gave me a smile and greeted me. He then proceeded to answer all my questions, give me a fitting room and rung me up. He made this a 5 star experience

the line is ridiculously long and the cashiers are chatting it up:( unfortunately not a good abercrombie with a limited selection.

Not helpful at all. Went for a return and were reluctant to assist me so I wasn't able to get a refund or return so I'm stuck with these clothes that don't fit.

They dressing room closes an entire hour before close. Disappointing. Why have the store open? People don’t want to fill forced to buy clothes only to return if they don’t fit correctly.

The workers were very friendly. They approached us very nicely. We were there to buy perfume. She was very friendly and gave us testers. Some of the best costumer service.
