This review is for one dude - Monty! I called to see if they carried a product, and the man HIMSELF went to check to see if they did. He returned to the phone and said they had both! He personally checked! He then set them aside at the Courtesy Counter for me to pick up. Awesome! And in a time where the norm in customer service is to say, "It's not my job," Monty refused to be the example! Great work, Monty!

Customer Service is still pretty horrible. I self checkout to avoid the unhappy employees, but there are usually never any bags around for me to use. I have to wander around the front area looking under their cashwraps for bags myself. Seems like the store rating went even lower since my last review.

I wanted to give a shout out to Ruby in the bakery. I needed an instacart cookie cake order at 7am and she was so helpful. She worked with me to figure out a solution, was kind of the phone and I got my order perfectly. Was so happy. Thanks Ruby!!

This is my neighborhood store where lots of the checkers are my friends and neighbors. I was SO disappointed to see Chix filet sauces on your shelves. Imagine blissfully shopping in your usual grocery store to find Chix filets brand of gay hating and homophobia right at eye level across from the produce dept. I urge you not to support the Cathay family and their long history of hate. And stop stocking these products.

This review is for the SUSHI counter. What ever you do as a business, never get ride of the skilled and sweet SUSHI CHEF! I bet no where in this city can you get this delicious resturant-style Sushi for that price. Give her a raise too!

The worst experience the guy working the self checkout was so unbelievably rude and acted like we were stealing. He made it so uncomfortable. He was older man with glasses and sorta bald or balding. I will never return here cause this man was so overbearing and made me feel so uncomfortable.

Ive been coming to this store for a decade and have mostly always enjoyed the experience. One thing I ALWAYS buy are the different types of organic burritos. I make special trips to the store to try to find them because THEY ARE ALWAYS SOLD OUT or at least not stocked properly. When I find them stocked I usually buy boxes (not SINGLES) of them to stock up myself. Imagine my surprise and huge disappointment to find out they are on clearance and are not going to be carried anymore. WHY? They sell like hotcakes if you would only keep them stocked. Since they are not going to carry them any more I NO LONGER have a reason to shop there. I can buy ALL MY OTHER GROCERIES SOMEWHERE ELSE. Yes I do use the Albertsons app and it does save me money but it also almost ALWAYS screws up and I have to look over my receipt BEFORE leaving to store to figure out the discounts it forgot to included and get my refund. A HUGE Pain in the butt. Crappy partially working APP, no longer selling the ONE TYPE OF ITEM I BUY more then any other = ME NO LONGER A CUSTOMER!

The actual store employees are great, but there must be a serious problem with management because the lines are absurdly long and inefficient. It feels like you're at the DMV. The self-checkouts are usually only working at 60% (there is ALWAYS one down). The place could even be more profitable, but there is a clear lack of management. I go here because of convenience, but I would pay more to go with a place with shorter lines. Come on Albertsons--you guys have the power and the money--just get it together. Albertsons, if you respond to this note, don't apolgize. Give us solutions--give us a plan. Spend some of that profit and improve your service.

Honestly I'm not a main stream grocery store shopper kind of gal. But when nearby I stop here for certain items like organic dark greens and kombucha. Usually a number of price tags do not go with the item on shelf and sometimes hard to find someone to help. Today, a Saturday even, the team member in Produce was super helpful! They don't always have organic collard greens and it's hard to find super fresh bright green collards but so far these have been pretty good. Small section of organic bunches of collards, chard, dandelion, beets, carrots, etc. The store is always clean. Some customers are just rude and drop produce on the ground and leave it there. They have 4 self checkouts if you don't want to wait in line for a cashier. A team member is there to help if needed. Haven't encountered a rude employee yet, everyone so far has been helpful. Can't say anything about the rest of the store as I really just buy specific items in Produce. Located across Hillhurst from Lassens this parking lot is shared with Coffee Bean and a restaurant , I've always been able to find parking even on weekends. You may have to drive around the lot but you'll find one. Sadly as with every where else it seems some lazy, selfish people without handicapped designation park in the handicap spots. There are a few shaded parking spots if you can score that on a hot summer day. They also have a (Primo) (filtered) water unit outside the entrance on the right. I've never used it but I have seen people use it here and there.

It's a hit and miss when it comes to customer service at this store. Self check out is your best bet to avoid the snarky cashiers. There's some good employees at this store, but unfortunately the bad ones make the good ones look bad as well. High prices and bad customer service are a toxic mix! Hope Albertsons gets it right. Good luck guys!

All these stars are for the bakery and their AMAZING staff. If I could rate Francisco alone it would be 100 stars . We've been ordering cakes from Albertsons and they always come out so beautiful and always delicious. It was a last minute order and they were honest with me about their various limitations regarding giving them my decorations so they provided me with the most beautiful cake and I added my own topper. Francisco created and beautifully done base for the cake with PERFECT icing piped stripes, beautiful trim and gold and sparkling sprinkles! My friend loved the chocolate cake with fudge filling, which he suggested. Thank you and I hope Francisco is valued by Albertsons for the great cake creations.

Nice store with good quality & product selection. The Deli & workers are great- positive attitude and service mentality Checkout is a disaster if you cannot use self service terminals. Clerks at checkout, particularly Tim, are arrogant, ignore customers and simply slow and untrained. Management is invisible and never available. This store is just so-so when it could be so much better...

I have been shopping here for years and each year, the service gets worse. I was in the store this past Sunday and there was only 1 full lane open, 1 express lane, and some self-check-out lanes open, each 10 folks deep, waiting....waiting. I had to leave my cart and knock on the door of the Manager's office. Why can they not monitor how many folks are walking into their store and know in 15 to 30 minutes, those? folks will be checking out. I come from the East Coast where they have amazing grocery stores like Publix, Harris Teaters and Super Krogers, always clean, 3 to 4 check-out lanes open, each with a bagger. My Days of shopping at Albertsons are over! I recommend if your looking for a grocery store, look elsewhere...Oh and they never answer thier phone, had to call corprate office in Bosie to get a reply.
