BEWARE! I used this company on 11.28.2020, and one of their movers, Leo broke/damaged my queen upholster bedframe and admitted to damaging it. I also had a brand new, white round kitchen table, that Leo and another gentlemen who was their mover too, severely damaged, even after I providing them with padding blankets I bought from U-haul and respectfully asked them to please use the blankets to cover my items, numerous times, clearly they just threw my brand new white kitchen table into the truck and damaged the heck out of it. I have been emailing Adrian the owner, and calling, leaving messages, so I can file a claim for my damaged furniture, since they are an insured moving company with an LLC, however they are avoiding me, and will not return my emails or phone calls. They have been turned into the Better Business Bureau and legal action against them has been taken for gross negligence for damaging my furniture. You would think as a business owner, Adrian and Apace moving would get back to me, however they are not a reputable company. It has been a month with active communication on my end, and continuous follow-up, and I have yet to hear back from them to this day. It is illegal for them to not allow their paying customers, to file a claim, as a company that is an LLC, they must carry insurance, if this type of situation should arise, where they damage a customers furniture. This is not about the money, this is about ethics and what is legal and what is not illegal. They are running a scam, folks. The one mover Leo also saved my personal cell number, and has now harassed me twice in regards to a tip, made some rude comment about it in a text message to me and it has almost been a month after the move. This is highly inappropriate behavior, not to mention extremely unprofessional. I am in Real Estate, and I am appalled at how they run their so called "business". They sent two movers, however one of them didn't even move my things. He just stood there with boxes in his hand (smaller might I add.) A simple pack up from my storage unit in DTLA, to Hollywood. It took them hours (I had the smaller U-haul Truck, that should have taken 2 hours max, it took them 3 hours.) Yet I had paid the rate for 2 men ($75 per hour) however Leo was the only one moving-so I got charged for 2 movers, yet only one of them was moving my items? I actually had to step in and start moving my own things because they were so inefficient, and yet again, I paid for 2 movers, but one mover was only really provided one, Leo. I do not want anyone to go through this awful, unprofessional experience, get taken advantage of like me, and have my/your beautiful furniture damaged. I am not a person who leaves reviews, however these men are scam artists and will damage your items, and then try to get away with it. Please, do yourself a favor, and keep looking. In all of my 25 years of being in business, I have never seen such a shady operation taking place. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY, you will live to regret it. I hope this opens up their eyes as to how illegal of an business they are running, calling themselves a "moving company" and that legal action will be taken against them. Please see the pictures below of the damage they caused to my items. Do not use these movers.Services: Local moving
