Was not happy with car wash states unlimited but you can only wash it once a day. Which then should be stated limited. Asked attendant if I can wash my car again because there was still bird droppings on the vehicle and he stated car wash membership is once a day. I was informed to call number on flyer voicemail hasn’t even been setup. Other car washes with unlimited membership You can go 2 or 3 times a day which I feel is unlimited. Disappointed in the way stated it on the flyer then the attendee to the car wash was getting mad. When I had asked him about unlimited false advertisement left with my car with bird droppings that were still stuck on my vehicle

This used to be my go to gas station until they tried charging me the $2 e cigarette w/ nicotine tax on non-applicable item (an air freshener). Never will I ever go there again. Extremely unethical and possibly fraudulent. I’ve reported them to the CDTFA.

Great location for a gas station. But for arco, their prices are a bit high. Excellent food court car wash very reasonable.

The lady at the counter said my lottery ticket was not good because it had a little tear on the top. Argued with her till she ran it on the machine then gave me my money. So difficult.

Went in to buy a Monster energy drink and tried paying with a $10 bill. Cashier told me she didn't have change for a $10 so she couldn't sell me the drink. No alternative solution available besides paying the debit fee to pay with my card when I had cash on me.

I didn’t get a $25 change on my card. When I said it 3 days later, the seller was impolite and harsh with me. When I wanted to refuel, he said that my bank card didn’t work. After that, I went out and paid with the same card from the terminal at the speaker.

SCAM! This is my regular gas station, but today I noticed the pump claims to have pumped 9.6 gallons of gas despite my tank capacity only being 9.5 gallons (no I didn’t attempt to force top it off). I’ve had this car for 10 years and I’ve never even had a pump go over 9.2 gallons. Very shady.

I'm a little annoyed the pumps don't work in the morning! They don't open until 6:05am which apparently means the pumps don't work either! Other then this minor inconvenience overall good prices and the car wash section is good. I did see the reviews about cashiers and it's true lol they are pretty rude or lack customer service.

Got an unexpected charge on my credit card after buying gas! Someone from Arco tried to pull a huge amount of money from my credit card. Make sure you cover the numbers when you enter the PIN code. Someone there is watching.

This gas station I recommend to anybody because I have a wheelchair and I come and help me put the gas and even take money so I don't have to go in. And he asked me if I need anything from there
