Very happy to shift from sky freight to Atlas shippers. fast delivery specially to metro manila. You can also track your package via their mobile app. 4 out of 5 boxes delivered ( 1 is to be delivered in Bulacan and is scheduled to be delivered on Feb 26. )

So far, I have been a customer for almost 3 years now, since ai became independent. I send my balikbayan boxes every year. I learned it from my sister. technically we are their customers for more than 10yrs, now. I like the app's convenience to schedule for pick-up, however they should improve to put their driver's availability to pick-up in the area to avoid any inconvenience. But, I will give them credit that we were able to compromise the pick-up time and payment method. It is my first time sending using the app and my box has not arrived yet. I understand that it's holiday season and delays are expected. So, I'll see what would be my next customer review.

A friend of mine recently told me that atlas now have a 150 lb max weight limit per balikbayan box wc I thought was ridiculous. A week or so ago I called their office myself to verify. My friend was wrong!!!!The max weight limit is actually just 130 lbs/box! And if ur box exceeds the max limit, they will still accept it but they will charge u extra $50!!! MGA Kababayan sa ATLAS wag nman sana maging masyadong gahaman.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT USE this company! Their Bacolod City Agent stole my Jr. box they did not deliver the small box only the big box. I made a call and follow up on the jr. box they said they will deliver it next week and that would be Feb. 10 or Feb.11 my mom waited for the small box but it didn't come. Today, Feb. 19, 2022, I made a call again and they said they are looking for the jr. box. So, I believed they stole my Jr. box. If I could give '0' I would definitely rate them '0'.

They have an app to schedule your pick up but they ALWAYS call you to reschedule because they have no driver available they are advertising a JR box comes free when you ship a Macho box but they will not leave you a JR box so what's the point?

4-9-21 Benjie the driver did not pick up my boxes. He said that paikut piakut daw sya. He can't find the house. His advice was for me to drive the boxes to Atlas shop instead. I am a disabled person. I called the main office here at 157 vermont ave. los angeles ca 90004 but Philippine Call center answered my call. How do I file a complain about this Benji? I texted benji 1 day prior regarding to his pick up day, he did not respond. I gave an extensive details to the operator on how to get to my house so she can pass that info to the driver, but NO AVAIL. Those stuff I am sending are for my poor family in the philippines and I have this irresponsible bennie doing his best to make excuses not to pick it up.

They are a bit more expensive than other carriers. Limited parking but they offer more schedules of pick up.Overall its a good option to have

I live in LA Atlas Shippers International scheduled a balikbayan box pick up today from 3 to 6 pm. I waited at home, made my self free, and scheduled all my errands on a different day. I waited and waited until finally at 5 50 pm, I called customer service only to be told that they can't pick up my box because the guy who was supposed to pick up my box thought it was already too late and that he was at home already resting. This is truly exasperating. Talk about disrespect for other people's time. I tried calling the driver, Clifford, and the manager, Saul, but they didn't pick up.

This shipping company manage by the Longares sucks!!!! Boxes are not delivered on time. Enquiry was done several times - no answer whatsoever. Praying for their downfall.
